I bought this for my wife's birthday, and it turned out to be complete China junk. You would think a Harley dealership would only be selling authorized Harley Davidson merchandise. The product description leans you towards that impression, but it is not. First, the frame work is made of a very soft pine which is stapled together, using no wood glue between parts, or the board top. They used a hot glue to "caulk" it to the top, but that was ineffective, and simply came apart. The top is also brad nailed to the frame with light weight 22 gauge brads that simply pulled out as the bean bags hit the board. The bean bags used sand instead of corn, and the material is a very coarse canvas that easily tore or punctured when the bags his the sharp corners. The bags have a very unnatural feel compared to all my friend's corn hole games. There is aluminum siding around the edges which create very sharp corners. Since returning this item would cost me 1/2 of the original price, I will disassemble the board, make a new frame using poplar wood, screws, wood glue, and omit the aluminium sides, and make all my own bean bags. First time buying anything from Wisconsin HD today. With many HD dealerships, it's a crap shoot on whether or not you get good service or bad. I usually expect the worst and hope for the best...well, today I got the best. The best was named Jake. By far, the best service I have ever received ANYWHERE. He was kind, courteous and willing to put up with an old man asking a ton of questions. He treated me like I was the only customer he was going to work with all day. I used to teach customer service classes, so I know it when I see it...and Jake was it! I am extremely pleased with my experience at Wisconsin HD and WILL be a repeat customer. This place is an ABSOLUTE joke. I've worked for Harley for three years, and would never treat customers the way this dealership does. I ordered a jacket off of their website, and it didn't end up fitting me. I spoke to a supervisor at the fulfillment center, and she I specifically told me to return the jacket in the same box that was sent to me. I go to find out that shipping from California to their shit hole dealership is going to be $20, so I basically paid $40 for shipping total. I called to tell her this, and she tries to change her story and say I could ship it in any box. She then proceeds to argue with me about the situation. Then, starts cursing and screaming at me. Never purchasing another thing from them ever again. This place is garbage. Harleys are privately owned, so the owner of this dealership really needs to see how his employees are treating their customers here. read more

They must have more sales than they can handle because I contacted them 3 times - 2 email, and 1 phone conversation with a salesperson - and was ignored all three times. I am out of state but was ready to buy and was looking to see what kind of deal I could get - spoke with a salesperson and told him that I was very interested in a specific bike and that I was ready to deal. He told me he would have to speak with his sales manager the next day and would call me....he never did. I went to another dealer, found a bike I liked, wrote a check, and now have a new bike. Advice to salesperson - just because a person can't come into your showroom (I am out of state) doesn't mean they should be ignored. Service after the sale matters to most customers especially me and for Wisconsin Harley Davidson service after the sale doesn't matter. Received a gift card for Christmas from this dealership so we had to shop there. Unfortunately. The sales staff was nice but when we tried to checkout there was a line at the only register they had open. So we ask one of the several employees that were standing around if they could open the other checkout. The snotty girl forced to do it was not pleased with us. Please take a minute and read about the horrible lack if customer service I received from the parts department at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson. Incredibly poor customer service. Below is an email conversation that I had with a parts employee at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson. The email chain starts at tge bottom. It just keeps getting worse. At least this one Wisconsin Harley-Davidson employee has no clue as to build customer loyalty or how to provide good customer service. I hope everyone who searches Yelp for Wisconsin Harley-Davidson reads this and the other posted complaints about this dealership and shops with a dealership that treats customers like they matter. I ordered a rain suit on line received it in a time for me Memorial Day road trip But rec'd it rip I called HD the next day send them a photo of rip they said please return for exchange or refund she checked inventory no more rain suits in stock so i asked for refund several days later I received a email Your rain suit was received back for warranty inspection by our motor clothes staff. Upon inspecting the rain jacket management found this item to be cut by you when the package was delivered and opened. Unfortunately this is not a warranty issue. We inspect all items before shipping them to our customers and the jacket was in new/unused un-damaged condition when it left our dealership NOT TRUE........ I live in California, in the Central Valley. There are only two Harley-Davidson stores near me; a 2 hour drive to get to either. Unfortunately, none carry pretty Harley-Davidson clothing items for women, also the items they have are way too big. I went online and I came across the same issue where the sizes they had in stock where way too big. Finally, I clicked on Wisconsin Harley-Davidson and was pleased to find an abundant amount of very beautifully made shirts and pants for women that were sexy and did not look pajamas. I place an order with Wisconsin Harley- Davidson on Monday morning and they shipped it out the same day. I am so happy with the service and I am grateful for the the variety of feminine items they have for women riders. I will look no where else for Harely-Davidson clothing needs. On Friday the 24th of December I had called this dealership to check to see if they had wheel bearings to fit a 2001 Harley Davidson Dyna super glide sport FXDX. The gentleman in parts had informed me that they had them in stock and I told him I would be there within an hour to pick them up. After arriving I went to parts and the gentleman behind the desk already had them sitting there waiting for me so all I had to do was pay it and go. After getting home a friend and I installed the bearings and put the bike back together with everything aligning perfectly. After riding my bike for three minutes I decided to hop on the interstate and when I got up to speed the bike was giving me a lot of resistance and tried locking up the front end so I came to an abrupt stop with the front end smoking. I then called to get it hulled back to my house and when I got home and put it on a stand. When I took the tension off the front end from being on the stand I quickly realized the front wheel was able to wobble left and right as well as up and down. After looking closer with everything still together I realized that the front wheel bearings had an 1/8th inch gap all the way around the axle, then came to realize these bearing were bigger. And what happened was the wheel got crooked sideways and it was rubbing on the front fairing and got so hot it melted the paint on the front fairing. It also nicked my front wheel on the caliper and bent both front rotors. I then called back to there dealership to inform them that they had sold me the wrong front wheel bearings because these ones were 1 inch when I actually needed 3/4 they started giving me "the run around" and tell me I needed to talk to all these different people and after a month of dealing with this issue they final put me in touch with Craig the GM who gave me nothing but attitude. The wheel bearing part that was given to me has part number #9247 when I need part number #9267. I do not expect them to pay for all of the parts which would be rotors, new caliper, new pads, new paint, new tire, and maybe a new wheel. But I do expect compensation of some sort by paying for new paint on front fairing and obviously new wheel bearings that actually fit. After all of this info and them knowing they sold me the wrong parts they refused to replace ANYTHING! Denied responsibility and now I'm out 1,800 dollars. I would NEVER take anything there or even pick up parts from them. They do not know what they are doing. read more

These guys continue to go above and beyond for me! First I ran out of gas on I-94 and they sent a tech out to fill me up, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Thanks Cowboy!!! Then recently I was at the dealership for an event and the service department had closed. Cowboy asked me how my bike was and I said I thought the headlight might be off center somehow and maybe they could take a look at it soon. He told me to get off the bike, rode it back to the service area, did a test on the headlight angle, fixed it to the proper angle, then rode it back out to me. Took 10 minutes. And he was off the clock. !?!?!? Thanks again, Cowboy!!!! Love you guys. Keep it up! (Did I mention that I didn't even buy my bike from them??). I will next time, though. Bought a used bike from this place. I test drove a few bikes before making a decision. I would have thought the bikes would have gone through some kind of safety inspection before putting people out on the roads. I live 3 hours away and was dropped off at the dealership with my wife. On our way back home with the new bike, I ran out of gas and was stuck on the side of the highway. Luckly, another biker stopped and gave us a hand. The gas gauge on the bike did not work, and it showed gas when there was none. I called the dealership the next day, and told me the bike is sold as-is. Like WTF...that should have been checked before it was put on the floor to sell. Got the gauge replaced and everything was okay for a few days. Then the bike started grinding when starting. I took it to a local shop and they said the battery in it was original from 2008! (7 Year old battery). I called and spoke with the service manager. I had to do a lot of complaining to get him to ship me a new battery. Put the new battery in, and drove it for a few days. The grinding noise came back. Took the seat off and there was battery acid EVERYWHERE. It had ate through the cables and was a mess. There was a hairline crack in the battery. I called the manager back and left a voicemail. Sent a few emails to the sales person I worked with, and never heard back. Sent a few more emails, and made a few more calls. Never did hear back from anyone there. Went and bought a new battery from a local shop and didn't have any more issues. Point here is, go somewhere else. Customer service is very important when it comes to gaining repeat customers, which this place does not seem to care about. read more

I went in to Wisconsin Harley Davidson to look at a 2010 Wide Glide that they had advertised on their web site. I already had approval for financing. I wanted to thoroughly check out the bike and negotiate a deal. While looking at the bike, I was greeted by a sales man. I told him I was interested in this specific bike and that I saw it on the internet for $10,000 (the price at the dealership was $12,000). Before we could discuss price, he informed me that I would not be able to take it for a test ride. I asked when I would be able to take it for a test ride, thinking I would be able to take it out when we finally agreed on terms, but he said, "Not until spring". Now on the date I was there, Jan 26th, 2018, the temperature was 50 degrees, sunny and the roads were clear of any water, snow or ice. I don't know how they expected me to buy a used motorcycle with out a test ride, but obviously they did. I asked them on their Facebook page, "So how does one buy a used motorcycle from you in the winter if he cant take it for a test ride?" One of their salespeople, Jesse Belasco, responded, "Just like that Tom. They buy a motorcycle without a test ride. Most customers have confidence in the #1 motorcycle brand in the world that is Harley-Davidson. If they need additional confidence an extended protection plan is always a nice addition." Buying ANY used vehicle without thoroughly checking it out, including a test ride, is foolish to say the least. To buy an extended protection plan because you are unsure of the product because you couldn't take it for a test ride, is down right stupid. The 2010 Wide Glide has a NADA retail value of $8300. Their asking prices of $10,000 and $12,000 are ridiculous. The tires on the bike were 8 years old. They had a manufacture date of 2010, most likely they were the original tires sold with the bike when it was new. I don't know how this bike even passed a safety inspection with tires this old. Wisconsin Harley obviously is looking to sell to the uneducated buyer. Stay away from this dealership, if they don't want you to thoroughly check out the bike, there must be something wrong with it. read more

A friend of mine ordered touch up paint for his bike they called told him it was in he drove out of his way to pick up paint upon arrival they explained they couldn't find it supposedly one person was looking for it after a short time my friend said things happen call me if you find I will come back. He was upset so I approach the counter after he left. To follow up and see if we can find my friends paint. parts guy Brandon said he just left i said i know. Then he told me we're looking for it . I said how can you be looking for it when your stand in front of me. I said my friend drove here out of his way to pick it up he said we're looking for it . I said it seems to me failure on your part should warrant more than one person looking for it. He is coming back with a smartass attitude we're looking for IT....WELL .LOL I was in the process about to order $500 worth of parts can anybody guess where I will not be getting parts from.? I will drive a hundred miles to another dealer before I ever stop here again.. Hopefully they see this review and get the message. I have had no less than fantastic customer service in sales, parts , motor clothes and service. Even the ladies from checkout counter greets people with a smile and sometimes popcorn. I have bought and sold 6 bikes at this dealership, 4 new , gazillion dollars in parts and clothing and some did not work out for me and they have always listened and made it right. Sometimes it was operator error and they still stood behind the product and services. I can go on here for days on how they made arrangements with other dealers out of state for service, how they do what they say and say what they do. Did they ever make a mistake? Hell yes! plenty of them. what makes this dealership so damn good is what they do after the mistake. They go above and beyond to try and make it right. I ride over 20K a year and visit many dealerships and this one is a good one. I do agree during the busiest time you may have to wait and you see employees standing around (thats what you and I see) you give them that WTF look. right?? I have been there and sometimes that SOB that ignored you has not had a break for 6 hours because he was taking care of shitheads like us. Still no excuse but just something to think about. I have never had a bad parts or service department experience that was not resolved right there on the spot. Shit happens and they fixed it.
