Everyone there is very friendly while they make you a lowball offer on your trade! You can expect service recommendations on your bike that don't match the manufacturer's manual. Prices quoted beforehand mean nothing- be prepared for costs to go up once they've got you in person. Itemized numbers on their bill of sale can change between printings and they're not going to warn you of the differences. Just sell your motorcycle somewhere else. Maybe buy somewhere else too, unless you're eager to navigate management thinking you won't notice and will just agree to being ripped off. read more

I find it hard to believe this place does not have more reviews. I was absolutely floored by the level of professionalism, friendliness, and product Moto Union offered. I drove up from Gurnee for service on my Ducati and ended up picking up a pair of gloves while I was there along with eyeballing a couple of their jackets, sharp selection of gear. the service department was incredibly helpful and informative (gave some tips on tying down my bike). When I'm the market for to upgrade my Scrambler, No doubt I will head to Moto Union. read more
