Customer service here is a joke. My daughter travelled 3 hours trailering her 2019 Sportster 883 to trade on a 2018 Softail slim. She made an appointment for Saturday morning and when she arrived the bike had been rented out. She sent detailed pictures of her trade and explained the bike in detail. She was told $5000 trade contingent on inspection. They offered her $3400 after all of the additional BS. They said it would need to be tuned for the slip on exhaust pipes and were charging $1600 for that??? She brought the factory pipes with and explained that several times. Her bike has 7000 miles and has had regular service. I told her to walk. Avoid these d-bags, they are predatory and treated her like a number. read more

There is something truly special about Harley Davidson dealership/showrooms. I don't own a Harley, but every time I stop in a Harley Davidson show room, I wonder why not. They offer such a variety of beautiful motorcycles! From stylishly vintage to ultra-modern and everything in between. So, why, since I don't own a Harley, do I semi-regularly find myself inside one of their showrooms? Their charity events! Came here recently for their Hogs 'n Dogs event in support of the Rolling Thunder Chapter 2. There were beautiful motorcycles, gorgeous canines, and hot dogs if you had the hankering. If you didn't know, this Harley Davidson location is dog friendly! And, from what I understand, not just for the event. They welcome motorcycle shoppers and their canines all throughout the year. And, have an amazing selection of doggie Harley gear to boot! I didn't walk away with a motorcycle. But, I did walk away with a reminder of what an amazing organization we have in Harley Davidson here in Milwaukee (and beyond). Kudos! read more

I bought my bike the first day I started the msf class here. I had NEVER ridden a bike and didn't know how to drive stick. I tell the young lady that I'd like to buy a bike but I have no idea what to look for as a first time rider w no experience. She said "just sit on it and if it feels comfortable then it's good for you." Shoulda been my first red flag. But I had done my research months in advance and found a 2022 nightster. She really couldn't tell me anything as to why this bike is good for first time riders. I did ask for someone who knew what info to help me. He was a tall younger guy. His info was very helpful. Financing guy was actually great. Once it was time to bring the bike home the service engine light came on. This was a certified used bike. The same sales lady said it was because of the key fob...that the batteries had been changed out and that makes the light go off (I knew better but let them figure it out). Bike sat overnight and they fixed it (brake fluid was due for a change). Overall I think this is an ok place, but since I'm a newb I can't really compare it to others just yet. I think the sales staff ALL should know how to explain the bikes and what makes them unique and or a good fit for new riders. My gas tank was also damn near on E. Sales lady said to bring it back the next day to fill it up. The people who shined at this dealership were the two women at the merchandise counter (they were awesome), the financing guy (forgot his name but he was great, the big burly guy at the service desk who actually took time to explain stuff to me about the bike that the sales lady didn't ( I didn't even know where to put the gas at on this bike)....he was really awesome, and the short guy in the back at the parts desk..he too explained some stuff to me that I found helpful. Wish my photo would've gotten put up on their page along with the other buyers. But again the sales lady I had to deal with wasn't as helpful as the others. She also didn't send me the link to leave a review so here I am making one on yelp. The sales part could use some improvement. Happy with the rest of the service though. I look forward to seeing the service staff. Especially the merchandise women who really helped me find the right helmets. read more

Happy 110 th BD HD. I'm born to be Mild. This is the retail home of HD. Milwaukee. I wanted to join in during the birthday concerts but, parking was incredibly crazy. People were parking on the South side of Silverspring on Mayfair rd. I'm still a little confused why only 1 review? They are not new. Why why why? Bikers yelp too don't they? They have a huge parking lot hidden behind the Pepsi distribution center and Some entertainment place I think they called it SILK EXOTIC. They have a great space for band stage. At the West lot. Upstairs is a display and club house room for all things HD. Great supply of all types of accessories. They also have a tattoo and piercing shop under the same roof. I found some of the embroidered shirts and jackets they are pricey. The sales staff in the clothing section are helpful and pretty much know exactly where everything is. Plenty of discounts for November for veterans, and first responders. read more

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have a very large TWO STORY showroom, one of the largest of the 22 on the trip. They also have a stage outside for concerts! The bike nights here must be insane. I hope I'm lucky enough to check one out later in life. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land. I spent probably 15 minutes talking to the staff upstairs telling them about my trip and where I was off too next. If you are in the area you have to stop by and check this place out. read more

Great bike selection and clothing selection - though they didn't carry embroidered shirts. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The grill shaped like an engine an the fridge that looks like a tool chest were must see items and they have a free game room upstairs for those that prefer to chill while another looks around! read more

Horrible customer service. The salesman Johan does not even know what forward controls are and told me they were on a bike that doesn't have them. Then he insulted me by asking if I knew what they are. I arrived in Milwaukee to pick up this bike and was treated like a second class citizen. They did not do the accessories I paid for and cost me extra days at a hotel only to still not do the foot boards or the air deflectors that are paid for. They refunded the part but not the labor. They never returned the stock seat to me after changing it either. They installed the wrong sissy bar not the one I paid extra for. They removed a light bezel to install the blue tooth speakers and never put it back. I didn't notice that part until after I left but the manager Gerry Coombs refuses to respond to my texts or send me the parts and money he stole from me. I would never buy anything from them ever again read more

If I could give a higher rating, I would. I have nothing but great things to say about the parts and service department. In parts, Mr. Popeye is extremely knowledgeable and has given me insight and guidance on issues that I've had. Additionally he has always taken care of me and making me feel as he's known me for years. In service I have been exclusively working with Mr. Steve and he has been extremely helpful with the countless issues and questions regarding my bike, treating it as his own. After having a not so great experience with another local Harley service shop, Steve went above and beyond his normal responsibilities to ensure my satisfaction and more importantly my safety is in tact, and in my opinion, raising the bar for customer service and satisfaction. The other employees at Milwaukee Harley are great as well, being over friendly and extremely welcoming, outlining the fact that they love what they do and have the customers best interest at heart. These people are great representatives of the Harley Davidson brand and making it so much more. The only thing missing was a cold beer. Keep up the great work 11/10!! read more

I am not a Harley owner, or necessarily a Harley fan (my dad loves motorcycles but is a Suzki/Yamaha kind of guy). But I do love my visits to this retail store! I'm a sucker for brand names, and Harley Davidson is a well-respected name in Milwaukee. They have super cute clothes and accessories for women and pets, and really stylish men's clothing. They have fundraiser/charity events here. I love to volunteer for the Toys for Tots event in December. However, parking can be CRAZY during events at HD and Silk, which is next door and shares the parking lot, so arrive early! read more

I try to hit local Harley shops when traveling. I'm not cheap but work hard for my money so first thing I do is go to clearance racks and sale items. They have the biggest area it's actually a room with great deals and selection. Customer service was excellent the woman that rang me up and recommended other items I had missed. They sold a bike right out from under someone that had already put a deposit down on it and knowing it was reserved for that person they sold it to another customer and the only response given was " oh sorry, these things happen" Bullshit! That is shitty service. I hope you lose business and your reputation goes down the tube. I hate the fact I had to even put one star on here. You aren't deserving of that. Kevin is all about making a dollar rather than earning a customer for life. I would rather drive further away and pay a higher price for excellent customer service and people that care and want your business than the total disrespect you get from these people. Went to them three times, all three times a bike was sold out from under me. no offer to make it rite, no offer to sell me a different bike, they do not care about customer service. my experience was trash. I don't do these often but I think the encounter we had here deserved a rating. This is more to do so with the sale person Kendall Wolfram than Harley Davidson themselves. This is how you don't deal with customers. She had given us a quote by email to get us into the store on a bike, then proceeded to say she did not know where this such quote came from and by no means did it come from her. She stated she didn't know about this email 3-5 times even with a more senior employee by her side. Once she found the email on her own phone showing that she had sent it, she began to gaslight us saying that she never said she did not send this email. Once caught on the fib she got defensive and completely unprofessional saying she didn't want to deal with this situation dismissing it as if it was something we did wrong. Own up to your mistake and say sorry. Unfortunately for you there are other HD dealerships to go to, but above all else lose the attitude and learn to remain cool. She got rattled really quick and threw away any possible deal with further silly comments repeatedly 'I don't want to deal with this'. Maybe being a sales person isn't for you. To gaslight a customer into trying to cover up your own mistake and get outraged at them, that's something entirely backwards and hilarious. read more

Went in found a bike I liked we had worked out a deal that I thought was acceptable. I knew what I was going to get for my trade in and I knew what I was going to pay for the new bike. I signed paperwork filled out credit application had my bike reviewed by their mechanic. I attempted to put a down payment on the bike to seal the deal. However their credit card reader would not work? They said no big deal that they would hold the bike. Cool we had what I assumed to be a GENTLEMANS AGREEMENT. I was to come back either that night or the following day to pay and pick up the bike as all paperwork was complete. They had to clean up their bike as it did not present very well. This along with credit card reader should have been my clue to walk. However again we had a gentleman's agreement. So I leave assuming the deal was complete. I get home to find a text on my phone your bike needs tires now they want to ding me 1k on my trade?? I was like WTF how does that work and how are you guys conducting business who operates like this?? Then I get attitude I was like I cant even deal with this nonsense I wouldnt buy a moped from these fools!!! Wow just unprofessional all the way!!! read more

So, after leaving messages for Milwaukee Harley service dept. two days later I get a call back. I called Milwaukee Harley to schedule a service request for my 2002 Ultra Classic, I think the fuel pressure regulator went bad, (gas spiting in the gas tank, engine will not idle). To my surprise..... the service manager told me they could not work on my HD because they had no one... on staff that new how to fix a HD that is 19 years old and by the way they could not get parts for a HD that old, but they were kind enough to recommend a another repair shop that could fix the problem. I know its mid-summer 2021 and they are busy, however there is no rush to have it fixed I just wanted to schedule an appointment even it is four weeks out. Go figure Milwaukee Harley ...... I'll take my $500 somewhere else. read more

I cannot provide enough positive feedback on this establishment. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, polished and kind. Nathan was so patient and supportive and lead us to our perfect bike with absolutely no pressure or sales gimmicks. The best sales representative we have worked with for any product. Bob, Tom and Wayne in parts are out of this world. Articulate, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Tracy explained financing in every detail and lead us to the perfect financial decision for our needs-and Madison (the dog) provides great snuggles while she works :) Katarina and Dee in Merch were so helpful and polished and friendly. Steve in service explained the break-in process and the warranty information succinctly and provided us with exactly what we needed. The facility is gorgeous and in my opinion represents what Harley is about. Top notch business! read more

This is the typical dealership that will play games. Emailed for a price on a bike. 4 hours later I called in because they had not responded. Was told that the price is MSRP unless I come in. "We get serious when you get serious" straight from their GM Goran's mouth. Some of us work for a living and work 65-70 hours a week. I'm a sales manager and have been in this industry over a decade and it is the worst sales experience I've ever come across. Goran is an idiot to say the least. West bend Harley and Wisconsin Harley provided me with a quote via email and text within seconds and it was substantially better in price. Don't waste your time with a moron like him running the establishment. They are as tacky as the strip club they share a parking lot with. read more

Here is some inventory help Harley Davidson stop making Small and Medium men's shirts!!! They obviously do not sell as they are the only sizes this store has! Maybe it's just me.
