Synchronized Power Vinyasa is a unique style of vinyasa flow that matches your breath with each movement. In every class, we will be moving and breathing together, as one. Our class is a physically-challenging workout and it can leave you feeling mentally refreshed. We believe that our practice can be applied not only on your mat but also in your everyday life. All of our classes are heated to 95 degrees with 70 percent humidity. Not every class will be identical but our teachers aim to deliver a consistent experience. We welcome yogis of all levels and ages!

History

Established in 2019.

Wisconsin Power Yoga came to life in 2019 after both teachers an co-founders, Molly Elsbury and Aimee Bielinski, fell in love with synchronized power yoga. Molly and Aimee have completed their 200 hours of training with Live Love Teach, a national yoga teacher training school based in Jamestown, Rhode Island. LLT has been instructing teachers in Synchronized Vinyasa for nearly 20 years and maintains a five-star rating through Yoga Alliance. LLT's cofounders, Philip Urso and Renee Deslauriers, share the knowledge of yoga's potential to help with anxiety. They are continually identifying the best yoga class practices that have evidence-based therapeutic value, so that you as our students, will receive all the benefits of a mindfulness-based yoga practice.

Meet the Business Owner: Aimee and Molly E.

Aimee completed her 200HR LLT teacher training in March of 2018. Molly completed her 200HR LLT teacher training in October 2019. Both women have been practicing yoga for over a decade with the ongoing passion to pay-it-forward to their community. They both saw an opportunity to bring a new approach to yoga and mindfulness with the added element of heat. Let's breathe, sweat and RESET together.
