The next day they cleaned and removed all the soot which was throughout the house, removed the dryer, replaced all the insulation in the basement and replaced the hot water heater. They did not follow that request and instead charged my credit card $1,157.66, even though I understood my card would only be used if the carrier refused to pay. They did not provide the estimate to the insurance company/adjuster as requested. When I contacted the office to address these issues and request proper documentation/process, the communication was frustrating and the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Due to the lack of professionalism and transparency, I ended the relationship and will not use them again.
