After my kiddo came home with a bloody butt after 3 times of coming home from here with a rash and asking about it every time... providing medication (which I also informed Tracy to keep rash medicine on him (make sure the other teaches do) if ever needed because my child never has that issue), diapers and wipes myself.. this last time coming home bleeding in four different spots on his butt after sitting in poop for an hour until I picked him up... was a no go for us. (Note: he never has rashes, unless maybe every now and then when he's sick which barley even then too). (Also anytime I asked about a rash or messaged them saying he had some poop left on his butt from being changed to please resolve this problem, it was always blamed on Courtney)... As soon as I pick him up when I got there he was screaming and crying like never before... I asked the owner if he had been crying like this all day... she stated only when he woke up and then went to playing. So I said oh okay maybe it's him teething or just tired... when I get home he has old poop on him & is bleeding in four different spots and the rash was out even on his thighs.... Like how didn't they know?? How wasn't I informed? I messaged the head people (Debbie and Tracy) in a group message and the only one that answered back was Tracy....I stated I was coming to get his stuff because there wasn't any excuses for this mess this time... they both unfriended me before I even turned around to come get his things. Later that night after going to get his stuff to pull him out Debbie finally reached out to me.... Stating she doesn't take this lightly... but that's my child how do you think I felt¿!? especially when I came to get his things and Tracy got rude twice when I made sure she gave me all of his things. Then another teacher even later that night (the one Tracey stated changed his poopy diaper 3 times) called me and also sent me a picture of where she wrote down when she changed him. They all had 3 different stories to tell me... I really appreciate miss Courtney for reaching out to me (and another old teacher) and telling me exactly when he was changed and what all was going on at this center.... My mind was blown... He went to the Dr as well since some moms said maybe he had acid or something in his poop that day (pull crap). His dr said it definitely wasn't from anything he ate or having acid in his poop. It was simply not being changed.... Child neglect.... I was lied to... Tracy told me he had pooped 3 times with a different teacher and once with her... (again the other teacher sent me photos of when she wrote down him being changed). He only was changed twice with her and one was pee and one was poop. Tracy also stated his poop was diarrhea. Which in the papers I signed said if they have diarrhea more than twice (just like fevers and runny noses) they will call and send your kid home in case of a virus... which I was not contacted whatsoever. Not even when I asked about the screaming when picking him up for a hug... definitely new something was wrong. My kid doesn't ever scream like that nor is a un happy baby... much less if he pooped 4 times that was definitely more than two diarrheas.. which like I stated was a lie from the get go.... But if it was true why wasn't I contacted...¿? Hmm. Like I said my mind was blown.... I trusted these people really much & to come home to that.... I know for a fact my child screaming was to tell me "mommy somethings wrong". When I got home and seen his butt... all I could think about is why did I send him there.... Why wouldn't they have called me?? Especially after Courtney told them his butt was a little reddish when they switched his class... moved him around sooo much... which wasn't a problem but obviously it was since they couldn't keep up with the situations going on.... All I could do was sit him in a baking soda bath because of how awful his butt was... and just cry with my baby.... Because he was just screaming so hard/ much... shaking & just crying in pain.... He was literally there for like a month.... I thought my little one was fine while we were at work and in good hands.... Dummy me.

My 2 year old son has been going here for a year now and it has been great. They got us in quickly…read morewhen everyone else was full and I needed child care for my son while I was having surgeries. They have friendly staff and affordable childcare. My son has learned to talk very well since coming here and has learned all his letters and everything else a 1-2 year old learns. He gets to play with other kids his age in his class and now he's excited to "go play with his friends" everyday.

They sent me pictures of her drinking out of somebody else's sippy cup. When I withdrew her they sent us home with another child's clothes. Oh not to mention they don't want you to bring bottles because they "have nowhere to refrigerate them" like tf am I supposed to send her up there with smh. Staff wanted to act all professional when I was ready to withdrawal but you could tell they really didn't gaf. Most of the good reviews I've seen posted about this place are by employees and not actual parents.

When he started going there all the teachers knew of my son for being very sweet, smart and kind. I was involved with anything the kids had going on in class and even in other classes. We would even include all teachers when bringing gifts or baggies for the children. The teachers even helped us when I was between jobs, with his tuition and food before. which is why it really bothers me how all of this went down. Two months ago I had went to pick up my son earlier than usual, and on my way into the parking lot I seen that his class was outside. So pulling into the the lot slowly turning right down the hill I parked to see how my son was interacting with the other children. I then hear the teacher asking my son to get in line. She had asked my son 3 times to get in line. His focus was else where and when he didn't hear her. She speed walks to him and grabs him by his wrist off of the ground and put him in line herself. Automatically my mind went crazy. After seeing this teacher which I've never had any problems with put her hands on my son all because she wanted him in line. As furious as I was. I was still able to maintain my cool and pull the assistant director to the side and explain what I had just witnessed. I then walked to his class to get my son and his belongings. My statement to the teacher at fault Ms. Jody was that I will forever look at her different. The director pleaded with me about calling law enforcement until I had met with the owner to find a solution for this problem. The next day I had met with the owner and he had asked me what I had wanted to happen to the teacher at fault. I had told him that I'm not sure what their procedure for this type of thing was and he cut me off and said that he treats all students like they are his own children. That what Ms. Jody had done was unacceptable and how he would be letting her go. The incident had taken place on a wed. I was not comfortable leaving him in that classroom unless I knew she was gone. I had kept him from the school for thur and fri. He had returned a week later and wanted to say good bye to an old favorite teacher and he opened her class room door and there was Ms. Jody sitting watching over the 2 year old room. I had then called the police to file a report since it was going to take a week or two to get a change of providers and to have a paper trail just in case anything ever happened to my son or god forbid someone else's. When the police got there the owner had told the assistant director to inform the officer and I that he was on his way. Not only did he not show but the director acted as if I did not inform her of the incident between the teacher and my son and wouldn't give any information to the officer. I got my report and unfortunately had to keep them as a provider for 2 weeks until I could get a transfer. During this time my son came home telling me that they had him in empty class rooms, they didn't provide him with the blankets or sheets he had brought from home and that they stopped giving him milk. On a different occasion I had went to pick my son up and as I'm standing outside of the class room door I could hear a teacher yelling shut up and stop. Praying they weren't screaming at my son I walked in and another 4 year old had been standing in his chair and right when I was standing there the same teacher screaming shut up and stop had kicked the chair from under this child. I didn't make a scene or speak to this teacher. I got my son and on our way out I once again stopped the assistant director and informed her of what I had just witnessed. She had told me she would contact the owner and inform the parent of the child. Not putting her into this but I knew the mother of the child who had the chair kicked from under him and I had tried calling her to inform her. When she had called me back and we spoke about the situation, she had then asked me to meet her at the school to be a witness for her for when she called the police. I had came back to the location gave my statement and helped calm down the mother of the child. The mother had exchanged some words and the teacher who had kicked the chair, blatantly stated that yes she kicked it and that he wouldn't have gotten hurt because she does it all the time. How she did it to prove a point. she made that statement in front of the mother and her children and other teachers sticking around to see the outcome. The assistant director even told the mother that no one had informed her of what had happened to her child. After she got the information she needed and her report I had left. My son had went to day care the next day without any problems and come Friday Morning I am dropping him off and the owner has told me that because of the problems
