For a Kitchen double sink - one-side only (non-garbage disposal side), leak from the drain basket…read more $275.00 for 2 people, for 30 mins. This was a REPAIR only. They originally wanted over $400.00 to install a new basket, which would have been under warranty, but only for 90 days. There was a slow leak, due to eroded sealant under the basket, between it and the actual sink. The plumbers were professional, and kind, but that price is horrific. And, of course, I paid it because I felt like I couldn't say no. I'm so mad at myself. I was expecting $150/200.00 for labor. I understand it is a specialized service and I am not discounting that, but considering it only took 30.00 mins, that is $275.00/hour.

I had an issue with the water continuing to run after the toilet was flushed, which could not be…read morecontrolled by turning off water to the bowl so it ran for more than 24 hours. The 2nd bathroom had a similar issue but the water could be cut off. The plumber arrived to give an estimate, which took nearly an hour and a half. After an hour he asked if there was another toilet in the house in which I showed the 3rd toilet. This took another 30 minutes before he came with 3 estimates ranging from $654-$2,999. This covered replacing 2 toilets for $2,999, or replacing 3 fill valves and a angle stop in one for $982 or repair the angle stop and adjust the fill valves for $654. It was not until I agreed on one of the options that the water was turned off. I saw the plumber with a shovel and tools in the middle of the yard, I went outside and asked what he was about to do and he said turn the water off once he located the water turn off. I advised the water meter was on the curb by the power pole, he stopped and went to the meter and turned the water off. He was there for about 3 1/2 hours doing the work. (9-12:45) The last issue was after leaving, the hot water was at a trickle so I notified the company around 1:05. The plumber called at 4:15 to advise he was 30 minutes away but remembered he forgot to turn the hot water heater back on and asked if I could go turn it back on. I asked if he could document that he asked me to turn it back on in case anything went wrong. He apologized and because it was late in the day on a Friday, I knew he did not want to come back. For what I was charged, and sitting there all day, I should have received a follow up call from him or the company.

This company arrived timely and repaired a sewer pump issue for us. We had called another company…read moreon yesterday who stood us up then tried to reschedule something for us today and never called back to even do that. Plumber Pro Service is the best. Our plumber (Matthew) was honest and explained everything he diagnosed and fixed. He finished the job and applied the diagnostic fee of $95.00 to the job. He tested the sewer pump several times before he left to ensure everything was fine. We will use them again for sure! Much appreciated! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I do not know where to begin…read more We hired this company to do the necessary plumbing for our small commercial kitchen after being assured by John Regusa that he knew what all of the city requirements were necessary to pass a plumbing inspection. What followed was something that took four times longer than communicated and was wrought with one frustration after another. Along the way I expressed concerns over the way things were coming along, however, was told by John at every turn that he knew what he was doing - even when it was apparent that he did not. I paid this company half of the total amount up front and John did his best to get me to give him the remaining half BEFORE the inspection, even lying to me about having scheduled it for the day he was due to finish all work. This was one of many lies he told me. Another of his lies was that he pulled a permit for the gas line he installed which, as it turned out, we did not need because there was an existing gas line already in place. The inspector confirmed the permit was not pulled and only added much after the fact in an effort to cover his behind. John still insisted he was right and the inspector was wrong. John simply had an excuse for everything. Long story short - the inspection failed - miserably. The inspector was shocked over the shoddy work done and simply could not believe his eyes at how some of the piping was rigged. The owner of the company, "Sam", was incredibly combative, deflective and completely unwilling to assume any responsibility from the very beginning. He refused to have a conversation with me at the very beginning, instead, insisting we communicate via email only. His deflection and defense of his employee John in light of emperical proof of lies told and sub par work completed is truly astonishing. Sam even has gone so far as to lay blame - get this - on me for believing John's lies. The two essentially continued to pee on my shoes while telling me it was raining. I believe this company does a signficant amount of damage control and positive PR to hide their MANY negative reviews I unfortunately came across too late. I would avoid them at all costs, especially if you are female as they seem to think we're all naiive and ignorant whose eyes they can easily pull the wool over. I intend on filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of State's Construction Industry Licensing Board - Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers, BBB and all other appropriate forums. Here is a picture of the sink that John left on these blocks. This was how he left it after telling me it was finished. When I expressed dissatisfaction with this rigged set up - he backpeddled and told me he could get leg extenders, however, he had truly hoped I would be o.k. with it the way it was left. Amazing. The rest of his work was just as unprofessional.
