After trying everything on I ended buying only one piece of clothing that I had picked out and an additional 5 articles that the lady found for me. The clothing is high quality and I was very pleased with my experience! The only thing I had a tough time with was finding the location. It is located right behind the gas station. I emailed them to check on the status of the rug and they said, because I didn't pick it up before the 60 day consignment period I forfeited my ownership of the rug over to them. At Fab Finds I often feel like a bother when I try to consign. Saturday I was treated quite coldly when I tried to consign and offered a Tuesday appointment. I realize it's Covid but this wasn't an isolated incident. It's happened more than once. Oh, and I stepped on clothing on the floor that the put upon person who couldn't have cared less about me had laid out I guess for display, between the consigning counter and the jewelry counter. Really???? On a Saturday afternoon you do that in that already cluttered store? I've often wondered why, with all of those employees, they couldn't be much more more accommodating. Suggestions: Less employees Friendlier employees Easier consigning More room to move around I realize that this store is somehow affiliated with a local charity, but it's also a business and I assume profit is made, so I would expect more professionalism from the staff and consideration to the consignors.
