We were very sad about our prospects until we met Lee at Boulder Furniture Arts. The clouds parted, and we became happy again (and this is not literary hyperbole, I promise you). Lee took a lot of time with us, discussing exactly what we wanted and how we could make it fit within our price range, and we exchanged many e-mails. Throughout the entire process, he's been thoughtful and very friendly. The result is that we've ordered two gorgeous, eco-friendly solid cherry desks at reasonable prices, and we're both tickled pink at how our office is going to look. He really did make us incredibly happy with his excellent service and attentiveness to our needs, and we enthusiastically recommend Boulder Furniture Arts for that reason. Don't waste your money buying particleboard furniture made in China--go talk to the fine folks at this wonderful store, and you'll be thrilled at what you end up with.

I headed straight for the tool section, where Jude helped me track down the exact drill bits I needed. Both Jude and Nathan were excellent--helpful, patient, and friendly. The product selection is solid, but what really stood out is the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail). As a funny side note, I even got the chance to chase after a customer and his dog after he accidentally left a dog bone behind at the counter. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough to return it--maybe he'll return for his purchase! All in all, great selection, great service, and a team that makes shopping here a genuinely positive experience.

He guided me through my options, we talked about where to put a 220 outlet in my garage, and the fact that the aluminum wiring in my 1970's house is problematic for charging an EV - something the dealership did not mention. So glad I hired Justin to do this job! He installed copper wire from the breaker box all the way through the basement to the garage for my new outlet. (The rest of the house outlets and switches are already pigtailed thanks to Justin). Justin is an excellent electrician.
