We called Alpha and Omega looking for a company that would service our Burleson Rent house. I f you call them you're likely going to get an answering machine like we did but don't let that stop you. They called us back quickly and were very friendly and professional. They explained that they would come out to do an assessment (we had an ant problem) and then give us an idea what caused the problem and an estimate for treatment. Mark showed up and quickly identified the problem AND what caused the problem, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate to treat the ants and outside all around the foundation. I also went by their office to meet the owner and admin staff right on Renfro. So glad I happened to find this gem of a company, I will definitely have them protect our main house. I'm honestly on the fence with this ones services. We had been using another company that got bought out by a larger company, and that small business we became very friendly with the owner and his staff, and they billed us around $90, once sold they went to $103. Others were wanting $100, all with contracts. We wanted to stay away from contracts and Alpha and Omega has that option. The part that I balk on a bit isn't the price, which for the basic service is $55.00, not a bad price, but all they really do is spray base boards and the foundation area of the house. They don't put down traps at the garage door gaps, they don't spray outside spiders and wasps that may be housing on the eaves and upper corners of the house, they don't spray a parameter around the house to deter pests, they don't knock down nest and other bug homes outside, they don't powder the weep holes in the brick, and there are a few small things they don't do. They will do all of that for another $70! Not raise the price to $70, that's $70 on top of the basic $55 service! This just out priced themselves from the competitors. I can get the full service for $100 elsewhere or pay them $125 per service to get all of that. Crazy pricing structure from the decades of experience with other businesses. Add to this that the price on neither of those covers ants. The tech read off the few bugs they treat for, the most common, but ants in the house is a whole other fee, pushing the rate to over $200. On the plus side, the scheduler and the tech were very friendly and helpful, answered all of the questions we had. They put you on a schedule and call before the next service, so I was told. We've only had one service to date. Tho I don't know that I will have them come out again, not when I can get what I am used to getting for less. If they had a $100 option for that full treatment that we've come accustomed too, then I'd be on it, but for a simple spray of chemicals along my baseboards, it's not really worth the cost to me. read more

Will never do business with Alpha Omega again. Have had them come out twice to treat carpenter ants that keep coming back. They were supposed to send someone out to fully investigate .. waited for over an hour for him to come .. he forgot. This is after leaving work early to meet him. So now, I still have carpenter ants and will be using someone else. Was offered a lot of excuses and no real apologies. Horrible customer service. read more

They just kept creepin (pun intended) the price up all the time and they gave my wife a hard time if she asked them to spray the interior. I was with EC0SHIELD for the last two years, reached out to them for a rodent issue, and once the tech learned it was going to be a challenge, he literally gave up and did not provide a quote. I was on a monthly contract and nope, they quit. I was referred to Alpha and Omega by a neighbor, called them and the next day their founder and President Tim was at my door, crawling through the most unreachable areas of my attic. The previous owners of a home we purchased lied about a termite issue. This resulted in a horrific night where they came through the walls in our garage. I called Alpha Omega in a panic the next day as the bugs were still falling out of the wall and onto the floor. They responded and sent Jerry out the next day. Two days later he came and sent the little bastards back to hell. Treatment wasn't cheap but I've already seen the results and IT WORKS. Termites are not something you want to play with and Alpha and Omega has earned my business from now on. Be patient with them during the busy season though. When it comes to dealing with pests, definitely choose a local business rather some national chain that isn't as familiar with your specific location. The technician was timely and knowledgeable and showed us exactly where there had been prior termite damage. When I called the office, Kristin was very sweet over phone. Over the course of time, I have needed our some serviced for ants. In TX, we all know fire ants are coming. PERIOD. and in my area, acrobat / nuisance ants are showing up to get a little water and out of the heat. ;) Based on previous work, Alpha and Omega was our first and only call. I am glad we did! These guys are awful. Do not call them if you actually need someone to come out. We had to wait a week and a half for an appointment, which we were ok with. Then on the day of, had to take off work early to be home. 30 mins after appt time we called and were told the guy was finishing and would be there shortly. TWO HOURS LATER we called and no one answered. Called for two hours next morning and she didn't even care that no one showed up. Then wouldn't even make sure that someone was coming this morning. Highly recommend not using this company as they told me I have a bedbug problem when there is zero signs of them and Didn't bother to point out what they saw and especially not tell someone that has been traumatized by a past bedbug problem they have bedbugs and to top it off want to charge an ungodly amount of money that would likely not completely eliminate it. I paid a expert come out to get a second opinion to clear my mind and found absolutely nothing to indicate that we had bedbugs ever at all!
