I've lived in the same home, in far North Arlington, for 19 years and I have had a squirrel issue that has been getting worse with each year. I've made so many attempts to work with the fact that they destroy my home and make nests inside my attic and areas I cannot access. I am in a heavily wooded area and my two-story home is on a steep hill and very difficult to work on. I have sought professional help in the past and I've not been happy with the outcome. This year, things got out of control. The squirrels damaged my roof, my soffits, and my gutters. Their point of entry was where the power lines come into the second story and it was too much for me to address, myself. After I found a squirrel in the kitchen cabinets, I had a come-to-J moment and decided that I needed to resolve this issue, at all costs. After asking for references on FB and Next-door, I was led to Results LLC. They came out and gave me a free quote and they went to work the very next day. I cannot explain how thorough these guys were. They put up traps, addressed my roof damage, repaired soffits, and completely rectified my infestation. They were here for days, and they had a challenge in finding matching roof tiles to integrate into my 1977 Spanish tile. But they were able to source the exact tiles & fully fixed all of my issues - 100%. I chose to spend a substantial amount of $$ over the cost of the quote, in order to obtain a three-year warranty that will bring these guys back out at the drop of a dime (that's a Phone Call for you millennials...). That warranty was optional and there wasn't any pressure to purchase it. I made that decision based on the wonderful work they've performed. I have no worries that these guys will honor their warranty, based on thoroughness of their work. I couldn't be happier with the integrity of their work and the "Results" speak for themselves. Wish there were more companies with this type of ethic. Couldn't speak higher of these guys!

IT WAS SCARY. A & B came out and efficiently and calmly wrangled the bloodthirsty insects and allowed me to use my shed! They also consulted on an ant infestation inside the home, provided guidance on removing some old boards that were prone to insect activity and sprayed the yard and house for general bugs/cockroaches. They explained that they would come out to do an assessment (we had an ant problem) and then give us an idea what caused the problem and an estimate for treatment. Mark showed up and quickly identified the problem AND what caused the problem, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate to treat the ants and outside all around the foundation. I also went by their office to meet the owner and admin staff right on Renfro. So glad I happened to find this gem of a company, I will definitely have them protect our main house.
