I do think the thoroughness of the technicians varies. I have seen less bugs enter my house ( very old house) since getting the service. I do wish they had better ant control services. I also get monthly mosquito services April- October. It has greatly impacted how many mosquitos are in my yard. Also their products are pollinator and animal safe.

Until.... I was supposed to have a quarterly service back in late February but I never heard from them, which was odd as they've always been proactive, so I called them (2-26). It went to VM but I couldn't leave a VM because their mailbox was full. The few times I needed to call them for something that never happened so this was a first. Since then I've called eight times (I have the call long on my phone as proof) and their VM is full and it disconnects. Which begs the question: Is this company still in business??? Side note: Their Crowley office is a little over a mile from where I live so it's no big deal to drive by while I'm out running errands, which I did a couple weeks ago. This was around 10:30 AM or thereabout and there were two company trucks parked in front of the building and the office door was locked. Having never been to their office before I don't know if this is normal but when you take into account that phone calls go to VM which is full, it does make you wonder if they are still in business.

They explained that they would come out to do an assessment (we had an ant problem) and then give us an idea what caused the problem and an estimate for treatment. Mark showed up and quickly identified the problem AND what caused the problem, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate to treat the ants and outside all around the foundation. I also went by their office to meet the owner and admin staff right on Renfro. So glad I happened to find this gem of a company, I will definitely have them protect our main house. They are ALL about customer service and that's rare these days!
