I have been going to this store for years getting engravings on plaques and trophies and Bibles and ornaments. My kids were in every AYSO soccer, football or baseball games and teams. I was the team mom and my husband was the coach. This is a valuable company because you are personalizing a gift for someone. They will treasure it forever. It gives kids a sense of pride when they get a trophy or when they give a Plaque to us Team Mom's or Coaches. We still have them on our team shelves and remember the glory days. Once when my friend graduated from nursing school I had a box engraved that I put a gold locket in. They engrave on just about anything. They are first rate and you will be happy for years and years with the work they did for you. Now they are not cheap but you get what you pay for. I will use them many more times I'm sure.

I brought two designer necklaces in for repair involving three different solder points. The…read morenecklaces were originally 16 and 18 inches, and the original designer does not offer 19-inch versions. After the repair, one chain was one inch longer and the other three inches longer. I have before-and-after photo references and receipts showing the original lengths. When I asked questions about how my necklaces could have grown inches during repair, the staff became defensive and rude. I was even called a "psycho" for questioning the length difference and told I was harassing them for mentioning I would post online. They also refused to connect me with the jeweler who worked on the necklaces to explain what was done. Even with a police officer present as a neutral witness, they refused to answer basic questions about the repair or explain how the chains became longer. I do not recommend this business due to poor service, lack of transparency, and extremely unprofessional behavior.

After initial contact to explain the project all seemed fine, we paid up front. Then they ghosted me for weeks. I kept trying to contact them so we could work out the details of the project and try with samples first because it was a tricky production. Silence. At this point I am panicking because I had already paid and I am running out of time. Then they come back with a suboptimal product, poorly produced but I had to bite my tongue because I had already paid and needed it for the event. A couple of months later, the product (a wall plaque) fell apart on its own, so reluctantly I contacted iCrafts. As you can imagine never heard from them. I had to find a new vendor to do it all over again.
