She will make your mortgage process a nightmare! I was charged $2000 for the "mortgage orientation fee" and "underwriting fee" which most lenders don't charge. What worse is they will tend to give you a higher rate even you have a great credit score. After all, they will sell your mortgage to a terrible mortgage management company in a few days.
