Called to let me know he was on his way but a little lost. No biggie! I thought, YAY! if he shows up we should be happy with what we wanted him to do. What we wanted: A New Sprinkler System to Replace an old malfunctioning, poorly laid out system. So kinda big bucks job. He gave us a couple of verbal numbers, just repair and a new re-design, promised to follow-up with a formal quote for what all would be included with each price. My husband really liked Murray. He was stoked and ready to set a date for the project. Not getting any other quotes. Just needed the quote! BTW, my husband is an engineer and usually takes months to make a decision to spend this much money. TWO-WEEKS later, TWO Emails, ONE Voicemail and ONE more Online Appointment schedule just trying to get a detailed formal quote; he didn't even bother to call, email, or cancel and no quotes, no feedback, not even a bug off. If you have a small repair job that he can show up and repair / fix a couple sprinkler heads, or something really small that can be handled on the first visit, he might show up and do a good job. BUT if you have a major project, he is probably not the best option. FYI, our project would have exceeded $3000 and he didn't have time to provide a quote. Guess he just doesn't need my business.

My husband booked a Saturday 1pm appointment the Wednesday before. Murray calls us on Saturday at 9:30 am asking if they can come any earlier since they had another job in Katy and wanted to know if they could group it with ours. We said we'd be out in the morning but that we'd try to get home sooner than 1 if that helped. No answer from them and no indication that they couldn't still honor the 1pm time slot. Of course, they didn't show up at 1, so I called Murray and asked about their ETA and mentioned that our sprinklers had been broken for a week and that we really needed to get them fixed. He told me they were out in Missouri City for another job and that they'd make it by 5-ish. Great! Some advance notice would have been nice so we wouldn't have had to rush home thinking they'd need to come sooner than 1! But what do you know -- they didn't show up at 5 either and once again didn't tell us, even when I texted him at 5:45 to check whether they'd still be making it out. I have so many problems with this. First of all, don't ask people to book appointments online if you can't honor the time and would prefer to group jobs by location. And DO NOT call the customer the day of expecting them to change their schedules to fit your needs. Also, I understand it's more convenient for you to group jobs by location, but I'm assuming this ain't your first rodeo. Any business of this nature likely understands that Houston is spread out and that you will have to drive back and forth a fair amount for jobs, so account for that with your scheduling and don't act like it's such an inconvenience for you to have to drive from Missouri City to Katy! If it's such a problem, don't be in this business, or just serve a smaller area! We ended up making other arrangements no thanks to SprinklerFixer and I'll be sure to caution others against them in the future.

Just wanted to say that we used Splash Water Systems to repair some damaged backflow preventers…read morefrom the freeze, to add a new zone, and a half dozen sprinkler heads to our backyard. The original quote for all of the work was just shy of $1,000 and I agreed the price. After showing up, they realized efficiencies could be made, having underestimated the water pressure, therefore not needing to add a separate zone. Furthermore, the backflow preventers could be saved with.a few cheap parts, avoiding replacement. The the price to conduct the work based on the above was now under $400. They could have easily charged me the $1,000. I would have never known the difference. Very honest folks, highly recommended.

Went with Splash Water Systems to upgrade our sprinkler system after a pool install. We were…read morepromised a two year warranty when the system was installed. Recently found a leak in one of the pipe joints they installed. Company changed their promise and now indicated the warranty was only one year because the upgrade followed the pool install. Disappointed that they don't really guarantee their work (2 years stated on their website)and are unable to fix a simple joint to back their new work as it failed in under 2 years. Don't use them if you want quality work or a guarantee. I will repair the joint myself and do a better job.

I needed a new roof, since I had a huge leak, and some new Sheetrock since the water came down on us. The owner Pedro Dominguez gave me a free estimate and a very good detail of what I needed. Also not to mention he finished the job quicker than I thought. I was very pleased on how he left my roof and new Sheetrock! And to mention he did it for a reasonable price!!!
