It broke in more than 3 places, first day!! Although there was no wind the day of the event, his manufacturer told him (as per that chat ) and assumed I put it in windy conditions. Although that wasn't the case, but it is supposed to be an out door tent for a business! I spoke to him on the 16th telling him the situation and really didn't expect his reply. Instead of apologising and sending another one he first says that they have excellent customer service, then starts to ask for 75$ shipping fees. The first time the seller charged me 35$ for shipping. Now that this is a damaged item, what guarantees the next frame would be better quality. In addition, I should pay for shipping only once for a correct and solid item not keep on paying shipping because of a cheap manufactured product. Once you lose trust in the material, what guarantees (even if I pay the shipping) that the new one would be better. The first one was supposedly custom made, meaning it is the best they can do! This is not a cheap priced item, I paid 550$ for it and I expect to see a product worth that much. I got a big cut and a small one from the broken pieces. I'm addition, I can't use it in events any more. So affecting medically and financially. Do not do business with those people.

Truuprint asked me for my address but never provided the items as promised. Every time I tried to communicate through text or Yelp the message was removed. Received an incomplete order more than two weeks later, missing items and the items received were not cut correctly with jagged edges and not the quality stock requested. I believe this company is a scam and I would never suggest that anyone use them and Yelp needs look closely at the vendors that they allow to participate as I went with this Truuprint because it was a referral that came from Yelp!
