She explained how they only cancel and give a refund for hurricane weather. That's fine. However, the smart remarks are not. Very unprofessional. I'm a new driver and I have driving anxiety. I don't feel comfortable or confident driving in the rain yet. I've decided to take the loss (out $170) and I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend scheduling driving lessons with the Florida Safety Council. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way.

Scheduling was a bit troublesome with trying to find something that fit into his schedule with school, but we got it done. Glad they could take him on the highway for some I-4 driving on his last lesson. Instructors were good and provided good feedback each time. I'm hoping they continue to pair with FLVS for this!

This place only cares about making money. They require you to go even when you were not charged…read morewith a dui. Instead of showing grace.They treat you as just a cash cow. They cut you off while explaining you situation and even if you have years of sobriety under your belt they continue to do things to prolong your stay in the program. As someone who had to go through the program multiple times during my youth, they absolutely don't care what you have to say. Seeing as they are the only game in town, there really isn't anything you can do except let them be rude and take it. I've met so many people in recovery who do actually care. Hopefully they can make drastic improvements on how they treat people who need their help. It was this way 15 years ago and still is.

I had a very good massage with Madi, it was much needed. I scheduled another appointment with her,…read morefelt some relief from my stiff shoulder. She suggested I come back next week for two hour with her. I scheduled a two hour with her and she canceled. I ended up having a massage with another gentleman who was OK. Didn't have much relief. I understand it's a school and they're still learning. Very disappointed in Madi. I had a funny feeling she was going to cancel. I was a little upset because I rearranged my schedule. The school seems very clean and everybody is professional.
