I was told that they screwed up and I can either leave my documents and come back at 4 or reschedule for another day. I thought leaving my docs would be the best option until they asked me to fill out a stack of paperwork. Though I'm in their system and have been for over a decade they wanted me to go through the filing process in paper form by hand. No apology. No real accommodation. Just a waste of my time. Filling online for now on.
