What good are discounts if the rates are always on the rise? Update: I just had to have my agent at State Farm call my former agent at Liberty, and he tersely told her I'll get a refund, then abruptly hung up on her. Then he sends me an email chastising me for switching instead of talking to him first. Well, what do you expect? You can only jack up your loyal customers rates so many times before something gives.
