The sales associate barely said hi and didn't even mention that the entire store was 20% off upon entering - I knew through their instagram post. I was the only person in the store and was completely ignored. As a store owner/sales associate, telling visitors about your deals, store and clearance rack is a must, especially with such a hard to find location. Selection was ok, and the store was very dark, even at 2pm on a sunny day. Most casual dresses I saw were $150+ which just didn't seem quite right for the store branding and types of clothing they sold. I won't be back.

Lindsay is rude, unwelcoming, and incredibly pushy. She gets visibly annoyed if customers don't purchase something, and creates an uncomfortable shopping environment. What's most upsetting is the way she treats the employees. It's truly disgusting. Most of them are high school or college-aged girls just working summer jobs, and Lindsay constantly criticizes them and seems to look for reasons to scold them. Every time I've been in the store when she's working, I end up leaving early because I can't stand to watch the way she speaks to both customers and staff. It's heartbreaking to see such a warm, friendly place turn into a toxic space. I've always had great interactions with the employees, many of whom go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I really hope Susan takes a closer look at what's happening because Lindsay is ruining the atmosphere of what used to be a wonderful local boutique. I went to exchange sizes from a Christmas present, and because it wasn't in the time frame stated (14 days from purchase or 10 days after Christmas), I couldn't even exchange sizes. I was not asking for a refund, but just to get the right size. This store, and its owner Danielle who made the decision, is losing a customer forever because of a size exchange. The store would have not lost money, but would have done right by their customer. Instead, they chose to follow an incredibly restrictive policy that doesn't make any difference. There were more of those shirts there, they weren't on sale. There is just no reason at all why I could not exchange sizes. Shame on them. Shame on you Danielle. Unreal. Worst customer experience.

Really impressed with the extent that (I;m guessing one of the owners) went to in trying to find the right size of tshirt for me. When she was unable to find what I wanted she let me know she would order one for me and didn't mind shipping. Took my number and a couple days later gave me a call to get my shipping info. Process was quick and easy, really appreciate the effort put in to make me happy. Great store - great service - Highly Recommend!
