They give you an estimated time window for pickup and say they will contact you closer to the time window to give you a more specific pickup time. I had to call two different times and speak to 5-6 people on their after hours answering service in order to find out there was a 2-3 day delay on what was supposed to be the day of my pickup. I eventually was placed in contact with management and they were great. The delay itself is understandable, but it would have been ideal to have been given a heads up beforehand.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Despite expectations of private transport, additional dogs were included, which was disappointing and not what had been represented to me when booking. My greater concern involved safety and communication. During a subsequent transport, I learned the driver intended to drive through the night without stopping to rest, with pickup occurring the following morning. As a pet owner, this raised serious concerns for me regarding safety, driver fatigue, and the well-being of animals being transported for long distances. What has been equally disappointing has been the lack of responsiveness when I attempted to address my concerns directly afterward. I am sharing this because when we place our dogs in someone else's care, trust, transparency, communication, and safety matter enormously. I encourage other pet owners to ask very detailed questions about transport arrangements, driver schedules, and exactly what "private" means before booking.

We established (3) daily visits AM - Breakfast, Potty & Water Mid - Potty & Water PM - Potty, Water & Tuck-In Each visit we received multiple photos and a full detailed report of the visit. The Savvy Sitter using an incredible app which is used to establish expectations. App serves as the primary communication tool, when we communicated, the response from our sitter was prompt and expeditious.
