After the meet and greet, I was able to use their convenient online calendar right away to schedule appointments. We just had the first day of sitting, and I got emails after every visit with pictures, a list of what was done, and a written summary. They were very trustworthy and reliable. We felt very comfortable with both giving spare keys to our house and alarm codes. They cleaned up any pet messes that occurred while we were gone (hairballs, etc) and made sure my diabetic cat got her shot twice a day. This is a great alternative to boarding. The animals no longer have the stress of being locked in small cages in boarding. They seemed very happy and well taken care of each time we returned from vacation. This is a wonderful service.

We use their doggie day care 1-3x week and have also used for minor grooming like baths and nail trims. We also get our pet food from them along with a number of toys and treats.
