In just 4 sessions, I can walk my dog without her pulling me and she can be off leash without fear of her not coming back. She is slowly getting over her fear of other people and animals. I learned that she is a working breed so for her to be happy she needs a job to do. I could walk her for several hours on a hike and it would do nothing, but training her for just 20 minutes, she passes out. We still have a long way to go but there is hope and our bond is stronger

What a handful! She was (is) very high energy, jumping up on me, pulling horribly on leash, dashing out the door at every opportunity. But she seemed very smart, so I believed that she could do better. Even though I have plenty of experience training my own German Shepherd pups, this little feral mixed breed (cattle dog?) of unknown age proved to be beyond me, and I contacted Robyn. She met us for an in-home consultation, and outlined what she had to offer. The emphasis was clearly on teaching ME how to train my dog. Perfect! We met with her once or twice a week, and also did our homework once or twice daily. And we had our last lesson today. My feral rescue dog is now a well-behaved delightful companion. She doesn't jump on people anymore, she walks beautifully on leash, and she waits for me to give her the command to go through any door. She also knows heel, sit, down, stay, and here. They…read moretook such wonderful care of my horse, and it truly give me peace of mind knowing my horse was in such good hands. The attention, consistency, and genuine care they show really stands out. They are a full care facility that was able to provide three times a day hay, twice a day grain and supplement feeding, fly spray, blanketing, and met the farrier with my horse while I was away. Stalls were cleaned twice daily, with pellet bedding replaced as needed. I always felt very comfortable with stall cleanliness for my horse! Additionally, Sheri was very flexible and accommodating to my horses needs while we were working through some weight and health issues, changing up his feeding routine until we got it figured out. Sheri and Glen are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and made me feel as though I had a second home with them. It makes a big difference being around people who not only love what they do but also create such a positive and encouraging environment. I lived here for 3 years, at first management started out nice and as time went on they got nastier…read moreand nastier, it started with me adding my boyfriend to the lease, he accidentally filled out the paperwork in pencil and forgot to include his divers license number, management accused him and myself of trying to hide something about him which we were not, pretty simple mistake to be chastised over. They refused to give him a parking pass because a 2 bedroom can only have 2 passes even with 3 people living there so he could park there for 3 days consecutively and then was shit out of luck. Their package system is just stupid, on the off chance your package actually gets there they give you a set of keys that you can't read to go retrieve your package, and eventually they just straight up stopped accepting packages because it was too much work for the front desk to multitask they charged me for replacing the carpets for "pet damage" when my roommate was the one with a cat and they checked out the entire apartment when she moved out and said everything was fine, hard to believe that the carpets could have been more damaged by a pet that was no longer living there. they wouldn't let us have a small bird feeder because the birds might poop on the painted patio railing (even when the bird feeder was fully inside the patio and had space for the birds to sit and eat) silly we were yelled at for trying to cook on a small camping grill outside that was gas powered just like the stove inside aaand finally they did not give me any notice when ,y lease was about to expire, I was waiting for a link or something to renew my lease which never came, instead they taped a paper to my door saying I had 30 days to leave because I had not renewed my lease in 60 days. so I had 30 days to find a new place to live in flagstaff which was not easy and I actually ended up homeless for a couple days waiting for another lease to finalize. I honestly believe they forced me out so they could charge someone else market price at the time which is (illegal) the complex and apartments themselves were perfectly adequate and I loved all the trees and rocks surrounding us, management is the only problem with this place and it's obvious that they don't care about any of these reviews as many of the problems I had people have complained about years earlier on here.

The laundry room is constantly having something wrong with it for sometimes days at a time and raising the prices. The hot tub is out of order more often than you'd expect. Grills don't work. Our bathroom constantly had problems. Our toilet didn't flush very well and would get super clogged easily. There's also a constant ant problem. The maintenance guy was apparently super nice to everyone else but would make sexist comments and have an attitude whenever there was something wrong in our apartment. Not to mention, the bathtub paint started peeling less than a year in and they blamed us, saying we would have to pay hundreds and move out for a couple days to get it fixed. When we decided not to renew due to life circumstances the leasing agents were very rude to us. When I went into the office for a monthly event they would harass me about renewing when I had already told them our circumstances. They would also schedule tours for our unit for other people to see without a proper warning. (They sent out letters but they weren't able to be delivered, it could have been a simple email). Our apartment isn't ideal to show as we made the living room into a second bedroom as well as have an ESA. It felt like they were trying to inconvenience us to get back at us. Overall this apartment was fine to live in. It got the job done but toward the end I began to grow tired of all the problems. I would recommend living somewhere else. Also, all the "good" reviews on here (esp google reviews) are because they would enter you into a raffle if you left one. Don't trust it. One thing I will say, the water pressure was the most exceptional thing I'd ever experienced.

My young adult child lived at Aspen Leaf. I was concerned when I read the negative reviews, but…read morehoped they were wrong. Unfortunately, we found them to be accurate. In addition to the concerns regarding the apartment itself, Aspen is in effect refusing to return the deposit. When my child moved in and the deposit was paid, there were 3 tenants, A,B and C. C moved out a year later and D moved in. D was added to the lease a year after the deposit was paid. D moved out 2 months later and cannot be located. Aspen wrote the deposit check to A,B and D. Since D cannot be located, the check is uncashable as it must be endorsed by all. Aspen has not provided any reason why they cannot write a check to just A and B, given that D was not on the lease when the deposit was paid and has no legal right to the deposit funds. I have asked them and their attorney repeatedly for any legal reason that they cannot reissue a check as it appears that they can, but just won't. Their position is that they wrote a check and even though they have been advised that D cannot be located, and therefore the check cannot be cashed, resulting in Aspen keeping the funds, they will keep the funds rather than issue a check that can be cashed. Again, despite multiple written requests, the have not provided any information indicating that they cannot issue a cashable deposit check, just that they will not. I have had to open a case with the Attorney General. I would urge all parents of students to avoid Aspen Leaf and wish that I had heeded the warnings myself. Please note how many of the positive reviews come from individuals who have done tours and not from people who have actually lived here.

We had to move a gas line and we called Dennis on Monday and he came by within a couple of hours…read more He checked the area and gave us an estimate right away. He set up the appointment for today and he was here by 9 am. He worked on the existing gas line termination and the new gas line and he was done before 12 noon. We have called Dennis and his wife few months ago with installation of a gas line for our gas dryer. And they did a great clean job. What I love about this small company is that they don't make us wait too long to come and get the job done.
