Yummy waffles, huge portions, and super nice staff. My friend and I got some waffles when their food truck was at Tractor Brewery for a Stranger Things event (obviously waffles and Stranger Things go hand-in-hand, so I had to partake). My friend and I each ordered a different waffle so we could taste different combinations. My friend ordered the caramel chocolate chip with vanilla ice cream on top and I got the nutella and strawberry one. They were both yummy, however I do think the ice cream makes it extra delicious, so I recommend splurging for some ice cream with it when you go. They are a pit pricey but since it's a specialty shop and since the portions are big I didn't mind spending $8 for mine and $10 for the one with ice cream. One waffle is easily shareable btw, but instead of sharing just one I recommend sharing two so you can try different flavoring options. Since this is a food truck I'm not sure about where they pop up or if they are at certain places at certain times or if they just do special events like the one I was at, but I think that is part of the appeal.
