How bad does it get when you can make mashed potatoes taste like someone just boiled a potato and tossed it on a plate? Gravy? Again, there are seasonings that go into it. Salt and pepper are the first two. And then, the chicken and dumplings that I got tonight. Not only was there nothing but a few literal shreds of chicken, but someone scraped the bottom of the pot. There were scorched bits all through the serving I got. Two suggestions: One, send your kitchen manager out east, somewhere like Georgia that knows what food tastes like. Let them learn from a shop there, and then come back and teach the rest. Two, Just a suggestion, but *maybe* try enforcing standards in your kitchen instead of allowing this slop to ever get near a plate?
