It's not your typical storefront but it was very easy to park and find the office. The lens was stored nicely and was in great condition. Ultimately I was really happy with the product received given the price point. The website was very easy to use and the reservation was quick to make and pick up. My only suggestion would be to offer extended hours maybe one or two days a week. I had to take time off of work to go pick up and drop off the lens during my rental period.
