I accidentally stumbled on this area while downtown on other business. I had no idea the once bland concrete area between these long term older buildings had been redeveloped into a beautiful open space with art and lined by restaurants and bars. I didn't walk around too much as it was 28 degrees and windy but,I'll be back. At the core of it,the large AT &T buildings and an accompanying store. It has some interesting Super Woman memoribilia for some reason. I didn't stop to investigate. It's definitely worth a trip to check out.

Wow! Such a fabulous spot this is to explore in. Located in the heart of downtown Dallas. In the backdrop are majestic architectures of historical buildings; in the forefront are the astounding AT&TDC's high tech interactive innovations, including "The Globe" and "The Media Wall". So very clean it is. Well secured with cameras and guards all over the grounds. Still in development, yet there are already a few great spots within the complex for sips and bites; an AT&T's shop; a theatre; and, many fountains. Fun and exciting it'll be to see its growth with each of my future visits here! CHEERS!

Cool spot in the middle of downtown- located next to the AT& T experience store, Jaxon beer garden, and the Exchange. A great place to get lunch and just hang out. They have great music playing. Also noticed a heavy presence of security guards.

In order to switch, I paid $2,530.60 out of pocket and put it on my credit card, assuming the reward would help cover that cost. I submitted all my receipts in December and received confirmation that they were received. When I followed up in January, I was told they needed additional information. Getting that information from my previous provider turned into a long and frustrating process, but I finally had the documents mailed to me in February and uploaded them as requested. After uploading, I never received any confirmation or update. When I called today, I was told the documents I submitted were still not sufficient and that I needed to provide even more information. I was then transferred to a manager (which I didn't request), who told me that my claim is now marked as "expired" and that nothing can be done to change it. At this point, I'm out $2,205.63. That's a significant amount of money, especially right now, and this whole process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed the steps, submitted what was asked, and still ended up with nothing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious with this promotion. My experience has been stressful, time consuming, and ultimately very costly.

I got three lines and internet when I joined Verizon. Let's just say it is now October 5th, 2024, and I still don't have my TV. l've contacted them 4 times in between July- October and each one stated they will put in a form to have a supervisor reach out to me and get his resolved as soon as possible, NO ONE HAS DONE SO. I too have seen that others had the same issues regarding this promotion. Verizon seriously need to make this right and get me my TV or comp off an entire month bill for the headache, the lies they promoted and inconveniences that they have caused me. I'll sit back and see if anyone will contact me and if they make this right, I PROMISE I WILL LEAVE ANOTHER REVIEW STATING THAT THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND VERIZON HAS MADE IT RIGHT, UNITL THEN I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AN I WISH I STILL WAS WITH AT&T.

RUBEN IS A SAD EXCUSE FOR SOMEONE EMPLOYED. Zero drive to get a job done, or help a customer. I had to come in two days in a row to print a form Verizon required I send In. He LITERALLY told me go figure it out, then said why do I need to help you? Dude should NOT HAVE A JOB. There are driven ppl out there that deserve his position. And his co employee was rude as HELL! Told me I should have a personal printer lmao. What kind of employees are these??? I never seen such shame and poor customer service. I will be contacting BBB and filing a complaint. Keep in mind these are required forms from Verizon's trusted insurance partner but hey "we don't care" is what was said multiple times by all employees at the location except the female. I hope someone up top reviews this, you have 5 employees and not one customer each time I was there. I wonder why? NONE of your employees at this location are eager to sell, please or even enjoy a conversation w a possible customer. Equation for success? I don't think so. I could run that store w 1 employee and we would be pulling ppl in from the streets!!!! Your downtown you guys are lazy!! Yes keep sanitation around but wow have some pride in your work!!!!!!!! The older gentleman helping us was rude and dismissive the entire time. We asked multiple times if we could set up the new phone in-store before trading in the old one, just in case we ran into issues. He kept insisting we "do it at home" because they closed in an hour and backing up the phone would take 30-40 minutes. The third time we asked, he responded in a passive-aggressive tone, "Do you have Wi-Fi at home? Then do it at home." Well, when I got home, I immediately ran into problems exactly like we were worried about. My new phone hadn't been fully transferred yet, so I couldn't receive the verification text needed to access my iCloud. What should've been a simple setup turned into a huge headache and hours of jumping through hoops. A little patience and basic customer service could've avoided all of this. That guy is lucky I didn't catch his name or else I would have name dropped him on this review. Very disappointing experience, especially considering we were purchasing a brand-new phone and case coming close to spending $1,000. I would not recommend this location AT ALL.
