She showed me how to differentiate between the 3-load washers and the 6-load washers. Six loads! Also, it is spotless clean, has seating, free wi-fi, television, and magazines to read. All sorts of normal people were in there, washing their uniforms and larger items (unlike the other laundromat which smelled of funny cigs). Also, it is next to a Dollar Tree store. I'm sure I could have left my clothes and done some quick shopping. This is a nice place.

Unfortunately, the customer service is what brought my rating down. The prices are already on the expensive side, and I was genuinely surprised by how inflexible the staff was. I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. I hope management considers giving employees a little more flexibility to help customers with simple requests like this.

I liked the fact that there were a variety of size for the machines. You can use your phone to pay for each of them. Bathroom was really clean too. Our dryer at home went out and had two weeks of laundry to wash plus some towels and bed sheets. We came in at 9 left at 1215 on a Sunday. You can tell it starts getting busy in the afternoon.
