You can tell this place is well kept and clean. The lady who oversees it is very sweet. There are some vending machines, detergents and bleach for sale, tables and huge dryers if you need. I liked the fact that there were a variety of size for the machines. You can use your phone to pay for each of them. Bathroom was really clean too. Our dryer at home went out and had two weeks of laundry to wash plus some towels and bed sheets. We came in at 9 left at 1215 on a Sunday. You can tell it starts getting busy in the afternoon. This lady is old school, helpful, doesnt play around, keeps the place neat and keeps the kids out of the washers/dryers,etc. people complain about her but i dont think they give her enough credit for being a good worker. i appreciate her immensely. saved me money. read more

*they have tried to remove this review off of google* Firstly, the lady manager has a history of being rude, to myself and my friend who go to the same place. Secondly, the employee named Steven is a NIGHTMARE. The first time I encountered him was in April. He watched me from the moment I pulled in and waited for me to walk up to the building so that he could hold open the door, innocent enough right? Only that he waited for five minutes and watched me in my car the entire time. I have a little bit of social anxiety and smaller interactions like this make me uncomfortable, hence why I waited for 5 minutes in the hopes that he would move on and maybe I could do my laundry interaction free. I proceeded past the door he had opened to the sliding doors due to a larger load of laundry I had to do. At this point I'm really not worried about too much, just my own problems, right? Then I walked back to the car to get my wallet to pay the machine, I had already filled it (which are highly over priced compared to competitors). Within the 30 seconds that I was outside someone (aka Steven) had opened the detergent slot. I learned later with a call to the manager that he has had multiple complaints for touching people's machines after they are loaded. I understand trying to be helpful but on the other hand it raised alarms in my head, I had to question if someone had already put something in the machine. After my laundry was finished washing I moved it to a dryer. Steven, who was creeping around every corner, tried to tell me how to set the dryer. I had it on medium heat, he came over and told me "you want to put it on hot." I responded "no, I wanted it on medium." He just repeated himself as if I was stupid " no, you want to put it on hot." I couldn't believe it. I replied "No, I wanted to put it on medium. That's why there are choices, right?" he then acted offended that I didn't agree with him and walked away. I had a time set for my laundry which was set to go off around 11:14. I was watching a video in my car when my timer went off. The video had 2 minutes left so I decided to finish it. Then I was startled by a KNOCK on my window. Now, I've asked all my friends and they agree that they are RARELY, if ever, spoken to by laundry staff. Steven proceeded to tell me that my laundry was done and that he was trying to close up. With everything that had happened, I was desperate to get away from this man and just leave, I was so uncomfortable. I double checked with him that they close at 12 and that I had more than enough time to collect my laundry, he proceeded to tell me that yes they are open but he was still trying to close up. Being done at this point I asked him to please just leave me alone and informed him that I felt uncomfortable with him watching my every move. Initially he apologized, I went inside and started collecting my laundry, deciding not to fold it due to being rushed and uncomfortable. He then came to the side of the laundromat I was on and started CUSSING at me under his breath. Saying things like "You ain't sh**. I don't think you're all that. I wouldn't be f***ing looking at you." ect. I lost it, I was scared because WHAT?? I asked him why he was still going on and told him to MIND HIS BUSINESS, Then I left. I tried to call and speak to the owner who never once called me back. Fast forward to last night. I decided to give it another try a few weeks ago and just be cautious, not even seconds later he was behind me saying "there are smaller machines for your laundry!" immediately I sh** bricks, nodded "okay" and packed up my thing and damn near ran out of there. LONG STORY SHORT, watch out for Steven. There is really only one guy who is super nice. If you call to complain you most likely won't get a call back or you'll just end up talking to the older woman who is already disrespectful to people. and the prices are very high for a laundromat. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me. To the owner John, you should try calling customers with complaints back before they write damning reviews. Thanks for reading. read more

We have been to several laundromats over the years when we travel in an RV. Some are better than others. This one is well-stocked, clean, pleasant attendant and friendly customers. The restrooms are clean with hand soap and paper towels - sounds odd to mention this, but some laundromats have dirty restrooms. Definitely recommend this facility if you're in the area. read more

I needed to do an awful lot of laundry and I know I've been to so many laundromats around Tampa and different towns I was out in Wesley Chapel when I read about this place on yelp and saw the reviews. I went there and it was everything everybody said it was. Very few machines are out of order just a couple. The place is very clean, Diane who runs the place keeps on top of the garbage and making sure that when you pull up their carts for you to put your laundry in.. The TVs are not too loud and she even checks up on your laundry when you're not there as I had to run out and I forgot to hit start. She took care of it luckily. Coin machines work and filled . Bathroom was clean and had toilet paper and soap. There was no strange people hanging around.. I was there in the morning. The place is smoke free and machines themselves were clean on the inside as well as the outside. I can't tell you how many places the rubber on the machines is bad.
