I have always had my own washer & dryer and I have never really needed to use a laundry mat....until recently. I was very apprehensive because I am a clean freak and also a single female senior citizen, a military veteran, and I was not in the mood to be harassed while doing my clothes. I researched this place called The Laundry Planet and because it was only 4 miles away from my residence I thought that I would give it a try. WOW. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner who explained the different prices and services available to me. I selected double & triple load washers and checked them out for cleanliness and good working condition. THUMBS UP.....They were all great!... Prices were very reasonable. Dryers worked well and will actually DRY your clothes. And the folding tables were not only clean, but large in size. This business is air conditioned and they have several working televisions for your enjoyment. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to "enjoy" doing a boring, but necessary chore. :) If you have any questions; do not hesitate to speak with Candy, their manager. This is the second time that I have taken my comforters here to be washed in the large capacity washers. My personal washer and dryer are not large enough to handle oversized bedding. The laundry facility is very clean and a young man, who presumably is the owner, was constantly cleaning and wiping the machines during our visit. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and felt comfortable washing and drying my queen/ king comforters in the machines. The location on Route 19 is easily accessible and parking is plentiful. I feel lucky to have found such a clean and convenient facility with numerous washers and dryers to clean my oversized bedding safely and efficiently. read more

The laundromat I went is super clean that I've never seen one like this in town. There are so many different size of washer machines plus 36 dyers so that I was in and out quickly. They have free internet connection, AC was on and cool me down while I was there which is awesome. The staff was so nice and helpful if you need them for any reason, plenty parking lot, it has 24 hours video monitor for customer protection plus they have been offering the 10% discount incentive card which I love it. I highly recommend for everyone if you are looking for a laundromat to wash your clothes. read more

Had a great experience here....friendly helpful Manager, nice people to pass the time with, clean washers and driers, clean rest rooms, lots of units, well stocked with detergents etc., soda machine, snack machine, lots of folding areas. Everything was great!! As for prices, not sure what is inexpensive (my personal washing machine died and I haven't used launderette since college!!) , but for a triple load it was $3.75, Soap was $1 per load and driers 25 cents for 6 mins. Big, spacious, clean, and all the machines are working 99.5 percent of the time. Enough folding tables, a little place you can read magazines as you wait.....or you can go to the little shops they have in the plaza. I have used Laundry Planet's wash and fold service many times for my king sized comforter. I have sensitivities to various products and fragrances, and they happily provide a detergent for those with sensitivities. I have only ever had to wait a few hours at most to get my comforter back, all nice and clean. The location is clean and people are friendly. I highly recommend their service. read more

Our washer broke down and we saved our laundry waiting for a motherboard. With 8 loads of laundry and company arriving tomorrow we panicked and tried this laundromat. Clean! Helpful manager. A nice CLEAN laundromat! I won't go to any other places. I've been to other places that half the machines don't work and if a machine takes your money there's no one there to help. There's an attendant here that takes care of any issues you have with a machine. read more

While RVing across the states sometimes finding a nice laundromat can be interesting. I liked this one for a couple of reasons: Clean, big machines, nice staff, not far from rv park. The only thing I would add is bigger folding tables. read more
