Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! They told me they could do a "paint correction" and they felt the seats should clean up fairly well. They gave me a price and we scheduled it for 2 days this week. I picked the car up yesterday and I'm extremely happy with the results. It looks like a new car and they charged me a reasonable price!

They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.

I did a lot of research on products and applicators and kept coming back to Detail Boss and Ceramic Pro products. Chris and his brother Christian couldn't have been any better to deal with. When I stopped by to see their shop and look at some examples of the work they do, Chris was extremely helpful in explaining the process and showing me their work. As you would hope, their shop is immaculate and very well lit. They sent me a quote with several options to help manage the cost that evening. I was able to schedule my truck and they had me in and out in two days! That's right, two days! At my request, they communicated with me while they had my truck by periodically sending me pictures with updates as they were working on my truck. It was hard to imagine that a truck with less than 200 miles on it could look any better but it does. The color is deeper, the shine is off the charts and the finish feels like ice... it looks incredible. Did I mention it was done in two days? In one morning and out the next afternoon. When I picked it up, they walked me around the truck and went over everything they did to it and talked me through the dos and don'ts on how to care for it. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. After the service, I noticed multiple things in my vehicle were broken, and instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help resolve it, they acted like it had nothing to do with them. That part was more frustrating than the damage itself. Mistakes can happen, but honesty and accountability matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
