I reached out to see a car and received Bobby as my sales person. He was very professional and nice over the phone and in person. My hubby and I test drove 2016 Jeep with 113,000 miles. They wanted about $11-12,000 out the door! We offered $9000 cash! Per Bobby the owner said no because he put too much money in the car. Well they received the car Sept 5, 2025 from either an auction or another dealership. Nothing on the Car Fax suggests any major work. But ok, they didn't want to sell us the car. What's CRAZY is that I didn't see much foot traffic while there. My hubby and I were the ONLY ones there, and in this economy good luck with it. I just find it strange that they didn't even counter offer. Not letting go of almost a TEN YEAR CAR is crazy! I hate I wasted our time. So, I can't say to go there, but I will say that we had our own financing. So maybe they couldn't stack ALL THOSE FEES like come up with on us and pad the price. If you do go, ask for Bobby. Dealership FORGED signature on title transfer paperwork and hid the title information from us when we requested it. This was done because they could NOT produce an original certificate of title only a certified copy. Dealership gave us 2 clean Michigan 12-point safety reports when we went to them with major concerns after purchase: Telling them money doesn't matter we just want a safe car. Damage WM Dealership missed that put our LIVES AT RISK on the road: - Rear differentials needed complete replacement - No horn - Replacement of fluids and filters (including trans @ 30k miles) - Dry rot tires Multiple issues with financing as well! BEWARE! This dealership will rip you off. I bought a car and they put in a warranty and insurance policy I never wanted. 4 months later, I'm still trying to get a refund. They also falsified information on my paperwork and didn't give me a copy. I had to go back the next day and get a copy of everything. They won't answer my phone calls or return emails. read more

This place needs a class action lawsuit to set them back on the straight path. They scammed my daughter into a bad deal, then said their printer jammed and they would send the paperwork. They never sent the paperwork , and they also didn't fix what they said they would fix on her car. It has been nothing but a headache for her just so a salesman can make a quick buck. absolutely the most unprofessional car dealership in Michigan. I bought an F-150 a few months ago and after I purchase it they promised me they'd send me all the paperwork via email including the warranty that I pay monthly for. it's been almost a year and ever since I bought it I've been having issues with the truck. I have called them at least 50 times to have them email me all my paperwork so I can go over the warranty and every time I talk to someone they say they will get right on it. it's been months and still have nothing. talking to a manager does nothing either. i also had them bring a truck to me to test drive and the sales guy was cussing non stop in my driveway, very unprofessional and would never reccomend buying a car from here. also the sticker price on the truck was $29,000 and I did a trade in that was $12,000 and my loan is $31,000. again I have no paperwork so I can't even do the math on any of it or anything. Spent time go look at vehicle. Manager came out said they would fix things that are wrong. Test drive power steering going bad, rim needed to be replace. Ditch molding missing, Ok awesome. Get down to purchase ,they tap on 988 for accessories. We asked what that's for , "to prep car for sale" so basically they lower price on car gurus, then put the accessory price on to prep car, shouldn't that be done before hits lot. They have phenomenal customer service will give you a fair price for your car and are very communicative and you can rely on them to tell you the truth. I went with Shane as my sales department employee, he's young, but he has a great head on his shoulders. Gabby answered the phone, and she was extremely nice and helpful. I found a car I wanted at this dealership. The dealer and I agreed to the price. The dealer was to prepare a purchase order for me to sign, then send to my bank. At that time the bank would send all funds to the dealership. After waiting four days for the purchase order, I tried to get a call to the nonresponsive salesman who informed me that the car had been sold to another. I arranged for the card be shipped mechanic to inspect all a waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
