They wanted about $11-12,000 out the door! We offered $9000 cash! Per Bobby the owner said no because he put too much money in the car. Well they received the car Sept 5, 2025 from either an auction or another dealership. Nothing on the Car Fax suggests any major work. But ok, they didn't want to sell us the car. What's CRAZY is that I didn't see much foot traffic while there. My hubby and I were the ONLY ones there, and in this economy good luck with it. I just find it strange that they didn't even counter offer. Not letting go of almost a TEN YEAR CAR is crazy! I hate I wasted our time. So, I can't say to go there, but I will say that we had our own financing. So maybe they couldn't stack ALL THOSE FEES like come up with on us and pad the price. If you do go, ask for Bobby. But then if the Owner didn't help him with this sale, I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Sad to think of the people they are scamming who don't shop out repairs and warranty coverages.

Service is not bad, $150 diagnostic fee if you don't want the repair. If you do want major repairs, then you will get 2 years warranty. Some service like oil change and fluid change is cheaper than other dealerships. They also run discount and coupons from time to time. They also provide shuttle if you live within 10 miles. Some service agents do try to sell you extra maintenance service if you just come in for an oil change. Just say no and follow your owner's manual. Also I realize the older service agents always look annoyed where the younger hires are more friendly and energetic. They will call you once your car is done and washed.

When I reached out, I got the most unhinged responses. Long story short, it needs $4000 in repairs including all new brakes. The sister shop in Livonia said all four brakes were 1-2mm, and were in critical need of being replaced. Jeremiah basically told me to kick rocks. At the very minimum, a return phone call could have prevented this frustration for both of us.

Additionally, you will see from the MB Service Center the list of items that were not in working order, damaged, or in need of repair. This list is quite extensive. This too was very disappointing as CarVana indicated that they had performed a multi-point inspection on the car prior to sale. Marty Feldman New Hudson has provided the worst dealership service experience I've ever had…read more After my THIRD return visit for the exact same issue, I'm completely done doing business there. The issue started after the dealership replaced warped rotors under warranty. Since then, my truck drifts  to the right, making it unsafe and unreliable for towing my 5th wheel or trailers. Service Manager Kevin Krunk personally told me to bring the truck in at 9 AM and said he would drive it himself. When I arrived, I waited over 15 minutes while service writers walked around visibly irritated. The entire atmosphere was uncomfortable. Kevin told me he would test drive the truck and get back to me. After this being my THIRD visit for the same problem, you would think communication and urgency would matter. I expected at least a phone call by mid-afternoon with some kind of update. Instead, I received nothing. At 5:45 PM, I finally drove back up there myself with the rental truck to ask what was going on. Kevin casually told me they "couldn't find anything wrong." When I asked when someone planned on calling me, his response was, "Well, I gave you a rental." I don't want a rental truck -- I want MY truck fixed correctly. To make matters worse, they tried blaming the issue on "the crown of the road," as if I wouldn't know the difference. Funny how the rental truck drove perfectly straight on the exact same roads. When I expressed frustration after being patient through three visits and zero communication, Kevin threatened to ban me from the dealership instead of addressing the problem professionally. His attitude throughout the process came across as arrogant, dismissive, and rude. This entire situation has been a huge inconvenience and complete disappointment. I would never recommend this dealership for service.
