They wanted about $11-12,000 out the door! We offered $9000 cash! Per Bobby the owner said no because he put too much money in the car. Well they received the car Sept 5, 2025 from either an auction or another dealership. Nothing on the Car Fax suggests any major work. But ok, they didn't want to sell us the car. What's CRAZY is that I didn't see much foot traffic while there. My hubby and I were the ONLY ones there, and in this economy good luck with it. I just find it strange that they didn't even counter offer. Not letting go of almost a TEN YEAR CAR is crazy! I hate I wasted our time. So, I can't say to go there, but I will say that we had our own financing. So maybe they couldn't stack ALL THOSE FEES like come up with on us and pad the price. If you do go, ask for Bobby. But then if the Owner didn't help him with this sale, I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe you'll have better luck.

This was done because they could NOT produce an original certificate of title only a certified copy. Dealership gave us 2 clean Michigan 12-point safety reports when we went to them with major concerns after purchase: Telling them money doesn't matter we just want a safe car. Damage WM Dealership missed that put our LIVES AT RISK on the road: - Rear differentials needed complete replacement - No horn - Replacement of fluids and filters (including trans @ 30k miles) - Dry rot tires Multiple issues with financing as well! They ended up ignoring us as their solution. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Within days of purchase, the truck had major issues. It's now been in the shop for over 6 months total, and I've barely been able to drive it. From engine problems to ongoing mechanical concerns, this vehicle has never been right since the day I bought it...NOW TRANSMISSION!!. What makes it worse is the lack of communication. I've had to chase them down for updates, calls go unanswered, and promises made early on have not been honored. Now, instead of making things right, they've tried to buy the truck back for far less than what I paid--leaving me stuck with the loss on a vehicle that was never right to begin with. As a customer, you expect honesty, accountability, and basic communication--none of which I've received. If you're considering buying from here, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. My lawyer said they receive alot of calls about them. Family dealership??? I never wrote a review about any dealership (Im in the business) and treated me horrible.

I'm an electrical engineer. I don't need you to explain how numbers work. Well that's exactly what I'll do and you'll never in million years have my business. I messaged the saleswomen who looked dumbfounded by what had just happened asking for the ladies name. See the screenshot. She tried to play it off as a big misunderstanding when clearly it was not.

THE BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!…read more Our experience with Viola and Jack at Feldman Chevrolet of Novi, Michigan, was absolutely amazing! Hands down, this was THE BEST experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! We've purchased approximately 30 cars over the years, and I can honestly say that this experience was by far the best! We have already started recommending Viola, Jack, and Feldman Chevrolet of Novi to our friends and family--and we will continue to do so! We drove approximately 4 hours from Traverse City, and when we walked through the door, it was only about 15 minutes before closing. Viola immediately greeted us and was so welcoming and helpful. We explained that we were really just there to look. My husband had been watching a couple of vehicles online, and our plan was to come back in a week or two when we were ready to purchase. Viola didn't pressure us at all. Instead, she jumped right in, answered our questions, got us behind the wheel for a test drive, and made the entire process incredibly easy and enjoyable. And then we fell in love with the 2026 Chevy Tahoe in Cypress Gray! Within about an hour, we had test-driven the Tahoe, worked through the numbers, and finalized our purchase agreement. The entire experience was efficient, professional, friendly, and completely stress-free. Viola was absolutely wonderful to work with, and Jack was equally fantastic. They made us feel valued and appreciated from the moment we walked in the door until we drove away in our beautiful new Tahoe. GREAT JOB, VIOLA & JACK!

I tried calling and emailing him about fixing it and he ignored me and brushed me off for a week. Told me I needed to buy a OBD reader and clear the code and replace the gas cap. I'm now out $500 having to get it fixed at Meineke!

Carvana may be a good service, but the associate who was supposed to be handling my vehicle was as lame as he could be. But what should anyone expect, it's not like it's a skilled job. I wish they would hire an immigrant who is willing to work hard instead of that bubba who just wanted to go home.

The 1st time we met 12 years ago I was telling him about an ignition issue I was having with my ex's 2000 GMC Jimmy and before I got halfway through describing the symptoms he already told me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it, I debated with him a bit and remember saying "You haven't even seen the car how can you be so certain?", his answer came straight from the pages of a recall notice and at that moment I knew I had a good one. A year later he had a falling out with the shop owner and was gone, it took me 8 months to track him down from shop to shop until I found out that he had his own place and was now his own boss. This man does things the right way and knows how to treat people, it's not just his profession, it's his way of life. When you find a "guy" like Nick it is natural to keep him a secret, but the world needs to know that more people like him exist. In a nutshell, he will be honest, accurate and affordable... if you car is fixable he will fix it, but if it's not he will tell you to take it in the backyard and give it an honorable death (like he did with my girlfriend's 1997 Mazda 626). Try him one time, that's all it takes; you will be writing a Yelp review saying the same thing that his other customers already say... he's your "guy".

What should have been a straightforward matter turned into a two-month ordeal. The vehicle spent approximately two weeks in service, and when it was returned, none of the promised work had been completed. I had to return the vehicle again and spend the next several weeks trying to get the dealership to honor the commitments it had made at the time of purchase. My sales associate, Roberd McClelland, had left the dealership by then, so I was referred to General Manager Zachary Perry. Despite several calls to the general manager, my calls were not returned. Ultimately, the repairs I was promised on May 29 were not completed until July 31, more than two months after I purchased the vehicle. The experience became even more frustrating when I accidentally left my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in the vehicle. Service Supervisor Kevin Krunk told me that my phone had been secured in a safe. After multiple unanswered calls, I was eventually told the dealership could not find it and was not responsible for it. When I spoke with Zachary Perry, I felt as though I was being treated like I wasn't telling the truth about leaving the phone there. After I continued to insist that it was in their possession, the phone was ultimately located and returned to me. To be fair, David Haze was helpful and professional and ultimately made sure the vehicle repairs were completed. I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, my overall experience was defined by broken written commitments, a two-month delay in completing promised repairs, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from management. I expected much more from a brand-new dealership and from the Feldman name. A customer shouldn't have to spend two months chasing a dealership to fulfill promises that were made in writing at the time of purchase.
