The wall is lined with new releases and current titles, there's a strong selection of graphic novels, and the middle of the store is packed with long boxes full of back issues, including great deals like 50-cent bins, variant covers, and bundle finds. There's just so much cool stuff to look through. Benicia is lucky to have a comic shop like this, and whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop by. The person from this stores tells me he does not have that, I asked have he heard of it, and was quick;ly given rude answer I just told you. Its very apparent you do know how to run a business nor how to give basic customer service. I was able to get a proper answer from another store in Oakland, although they did not have what I was looking for, I was given a suggestion of what they have. Happy to say, I bought a few issues recommended to me and some. It's that simple dude, not hard, and your welcome. You learn something from me today, although you never deserved it.

The owner Sam guided me to Uncanny X-Men back issues, and I was lucky enough to fill some gaps in a early 90s run that I had from the 90s. They run different discounts on back issues, it was 25% off when I picked up my books. I was impressed with the organization of the back issues, and it appeared they had all been re-bagged and boarded which made them present really well. I'd also noticed they have 50-75% off on some graphic novels that they are clearing out. Recommendation: I saw they have some graphic novels of Saga of the Swamp thing by Alan Moore and Stephen Bissette. If you haven't read this, its a must buy in my opinion.

And local creator ones too. If you're looking for a surprise gift for your four year old nephew, there are several sections of the store offering a variety of children's books. Very easy to see they've won an Eisner- a highly prestigious Comic Book industry award. They understand marketing, promotions, the store is well organized, well stocked, well lit, roomy and friendly.
