The selection is fantastic, I've only had once they were out of a specific cigar my husband wanted. They have a small selection of flavored cigars, which is my preference, but a huge selection of others. I've never come in to hang out, but there's an area in front to sit and chat while smoking and a room off the entrance that looks like it has TVs. I've been during a Husker game before, looks like a good place to sit and watch a game with a good smoke. It's always a little awkward being a woman going in, but I've never felt patronized or judged walking in.

Especially because they have both stores side by side catering to multiple smoking preferences. The employees are always very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I have. I'm someone that likes to get suggestions and they always follow it up with asking my taste preferences before pointing me in the right direction rather than just telling me what they like. The store is set up well with the merchandise displays and employees are always well groomed and well spoken. My favorite vape/smoke shop in town for sure.

Recently I made the decision to sever my more than decade long relationship with 42 degrees for personal reasons and personal growth. This action prompted 1 or 2 employees I have known all this time to be very happy for me and offer to help in any way. The majority of employees across the stores I went to regularly became fantastic haters actively trying to derail me. They deserve all the credit for this review and I thank you all! lol. "I'll do what I do and you do what you can do about it." My last comment is for everyone considering going to 42. It is the place I would go over any others but understand it's just a head shop. It's not a place to get real information about what you're looking for and you're being told about products by employers who earn a commission. YOUR best interests are not the concern. No. You can't assume that just because Ted's is a cigar shop that they have EVERY variation of every brand in existence, that's nonsense. On to my review. The guys that work there are neat people, they're extremely helpful whenever I go in, and even though they might not always have my favorite cigar in stock, they can always find me one that I will like. Very knowledgeable. The humidor is one of the biggest I've seen, it really impressed me! The lounge is a bit hodgepodged together, but it really creates a comfortable "man cave" style of feel. That being said, they have a good variety of options and several people that are willing to help, you just have to ask. They're friendly and seem knowledgeable, but only with the information you're going to give them. There's several name brand cigars to choose from, and most are going to be once you've heard of. I do find it odd that there are several major names that are not there while there are a few "who is that" brands there.
