I moved to my new house in a different part of the area and was having a terrible time getting any lawn and tree maintenance companies to be responsive to my inquiries. I remembered Junior and his team and reached out. Junior is great to work with, coming out to do a personal evaluation of my property's needs. I received a detailed estimate prior to the start of work, and found it very easy to get my questions answered by email. Junior's team did an amazing job sprucing up my front yard! I had them sod, trim my large tree, pull out a nearly-dead evergreen and replace it with a baby version of the same kind of tree, trench my downspout gutters, and install new hydrangea bushes. This on top of pulling out a stubborn tree trying to grow between my patio bricks at the back of the house plus cleaning up the back garden patches. I followed up later in the week to set up a time and after asking which day he would come by he just responded "im here". This was a problem because I was at work during that time. Additionally, I asked for a price range during my first phone call and was told he needed to see the lawn first, which is understandable. What he did not tell me was that there was a $50 minimum. I was only having part of my yard done and I could have had the whole thing done for $50 with other companies. On the phone he insisted he told me about the $50 minimum (he did not) and became very rude before ending the call and refusing service.
