I didnt want to leave this type of review however I must in order to protect others from the pain i…read moream currently going through. I bought a 2012 fiat from this dealership in El Monte, CA they have moved from Diamond Bar, CA which I paid in cash on June 11, 2020. I also paid an additional $1000 for a warranty that I was told covered the car bumper to bumper. This was a total of $6543.35 my entire savings. I needed a car to get back and forth to work. The first day after purchasing the car I noticed it was leaking oil. I took it back and I was told by Joshua Medina that they would take care of it. He told me that they purchased their cars certified and assured that this was a good car and a family member had the car before I purchased It. He then gave me a loner car and mentioned to me if I got pulled over to tell the police it was a loner car. I was also made to sign an agreement that made me and my insurance liable for any tickets or damages to the loaner car while it was in my possession. He pulled the car up into the parking lot and opened the door for me to get in. I didn't notice until later the next day that the tags had expired in feb 2020 it was now June 2020. Any reputable dealership that truly cared about their customers wouldn't do this. It was the weekend and the car sat until monday. I had to drive back and forth to work and I did not want to risk getting pulled over and getting a ticket so I took the loaner back and got my car. I figured I have a warranty that covers the car it shouldnt be that big if a deal. The car had a safety sticker on it when I purchased it and once again I was told by that all of the cars they have are purchased as certified vehicles. WRONG!!!!! I took the car to a fiat dealership because there were also a few recalls on it. I had a fiat before that had a recall and I knew the process to get it fixed wouldn't be painful. I also had them run a diagnostic on the car. It has a rear main seal oil leak and a vacuum pump oil leak. It will cost me $2700 to repair which I don't have. The bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased does not cover any of this. What was supposed to be a wonderful car buying experience has turned into a nightmare. Please beware of this dealership, if you are a hardworking person who needs a reliable car like myself please go to a reputable dealership that is honest and has integrity.

They took all my information and never bothered to call me back or give me any form of update. I call them literally 12 times and no one would pick up the phone. They would then text me and say "I will call you back" and guess what? 1 hour later nothing. This place is not for anyone looking to do serious business or buy a car from. They have horrible customer service and even tend to argue with customers. The notion of "customer is always right" does not exist with them. Stay away!!!!

I was going to give 2 starts until they paid…read more We specifically asked for a full wheel drive car because we were going in the mountains with snow and ice to ski and we were promised a full wheel drive truck via text and phone call and we confirmed this multiple times. once we were done skiing at 4 in the afternoon, we tried to drive the car back to the hotel 3 miles away. It snowed on the mountain that day and there was ice on the ground and the car would not move. we had to PUSH the car out of the parking spot and had to have someone from a nearby hotel help us drive our car 600 ft to get the car out of the road. After hours of trying to drive the car on the ice, the tire pressure went down to 12. the company gave us helpful phone numbers to call. after making multiple calls to tow companies, taxi/ uber services, and even the police, we were finally able to be picked up by a mountain taxi service and taken back to our hotel after 4 hours. The next day we were able to call the same taxi service and we were taken to a gas station to buy snow chains and then back to our car to get a tire change paid for by the insurance we bough. The tires on the truck (specifically a ram 1500) had 5 lug nuts when it should've had 6 lug nuts, making the car dangerous to drive. The company did refund all the fees we spent getting the car out of the ice on the same day we went to return the car.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this car rental company…read more About a week before my rental date, I checked their website and also called ahead to confirm that the specific car I needed, with the right features, would be available for this Saturday. I clearly communicated the date and need, and they told me to complete the reservation online. Their website allowed me to choose a 9:30 AM pickup time, so I booked it for 9:30 AM and assumed everything was confirmed. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the car, I found out that the location did not even open until 10:00 AM. I called their customer support, and they told me someone should be there in less than 10 minutes, it was 9:20am. Finally, after about 25 minutes someone showed up. When the employee arrived, they were on the phone, did not acknowledge the situation professionally, and sat down at the computer without giving any explanation. After all that waiting, I was told that the car had an software issue the day before and was not available for pickup. I asked when they knew about the issue, and they said it was known the day before. When I asked why no one informed me ahead of time, I was told their internal system is not connected and that this is "just how they operate." I also asked why the website allowed me to book a 9:30 AM pickup when the store opens at 10:00 AM, and they said each store has different hours, but the backend system does not reflect that properly. They had my contact information, had time to notify me, and still no one contacted me in advance. I had even communicated with them through WeChat before, so there was no excuse for the lack of communication. They attempted to offer me another car to be delivered later hours in the day, but then what is the point of an appointment? This was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The lack of communication, broken booking system, delayed opening, and casual attitude toward the problem completely ruined my visiting parents' plans. A rental company should be able to confirm availability, notify customers of issues, and make sure the pickup time on their website matches the actual store hours.
