Kim spoke in a friendly tone with an exceptionally bright smile that's usually reserved for Disneyland. I arrived at Navy Federal (West Covina) on Friday (around 4:50PM - Near Closing Time). It's located at the Eastland Center, so the lot is big. Parking is easy. As mentioned, I was helped by a wonderful staff member (identified as Kim). My Navy Federal Card had been tearing/ripping lately from constant use, so on a whim, I entered the business to ask about a card replacement. Kim fixed my problem within a three minutes or less. FAST!! Despite the soon-to-be arriving closing time, Kim offered to quickly tape up my Navy Federal card. Then, once that didn't work, Kim immediately checked my ID and handed me a brand new replacement with no charge. Throughout the entire process, Kim's demeanor felt welcoming, friendly, and exceptional. Regarding the location, Navy Federal (West Covina) felt very clean and very safe. There's plush seating. I'm so very mad that they require you to purchase a protection plan that you can get the same stuff for 1qtr the price and it is better. It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always.

A day after, I called a sales agent to see if that offer was up on the table and to see the price of obtaining a second key for the vehicle, left him a voice mail and text only to hear no response. I'm just saying, don't promise me something and not do it. They just wanted the sale at the end of the day like most dealers do.
