Our salesperson, Mark Dao, told us it was for 24-hour road service, tire service and replacement, paintless dent repair, and windshield repair and replacement. But the first time we called for our windshield, we were told they only did repairs. It's a scam! I'm so very mad that they require you to purchase a protection plan that you can get the same stuff for 1qtr the price and it is better. After we left an honest review on Rednote app, Jerry retaliated by creating many fake accounts on social media to spread false claims, twist facts, and make personal attacks.
