However, when I later tried to obtain my dental records, I was told they had already been deleted from their system. These were my personal medical records, and I was never notified that they would be removed or given the opportunity to receive a copy. It has been less than five years since I was a patient there. At a minimum, patients should be notified and given the option to receive their records before they are deleted--especially when a practice changes ownership. It would have been very easy to send them by email or provide instructions on how to obtain them. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the practice improves how it handles patient records during ownership transitions so that other patients do not lose access to their own medical information.

First let me say that I have no fear of dentistry at all so you can read the review with that in mind and imagine how it would be for someone who does have these issues. Recently I had something ,other than my usual every six month cleaning year after year, occur and I needed it handled as soon as possible. I called my usual Amherst office and explained the situation to the office staff who were very nice and had me speak to Dr Laura Littman. Dr Littman was absolutely wonderful. She understood my concern and wanted to get me in the correct situation as soon as possible. She was so very helpful in getting me in to the Orchard Park office that day. When I arrived at the Orchard Park office their staff was so welcoming. Nikki ( assistant) and Dr Fallon never made me feel like I disrupted their schedule. Dr Fallon asked questions and listened to the answers. Asked if the angle of the chair was comfortable for me, generally was very conscious of me as a patient my comfort and any possible concerns. He resolved the issue and gave me all the information I needed. His chair side manner was above and beyond doctors in any science. The checkout staff was equally thoughtful and helpful topping off the whole experience with kindness. I can't express my thanks enough and how impressed I was by everyone from my first phone call to the Amherst office to checking out at the Orchard Park office, by everyone.

I was in extreme pain and the dentist put me at ease, took great care of me, was gentle and kind and alleviated my pain. There are not many practices that would see someone who wasn't even a patient at the time on such short notice but they did and now I am a patient for life and go there every 6 months for my cleanings. Everyone is so friendly, caring and professional. Kudos to a great practice!

A few months later I recieve a bill for like $500, After I called them they said the bill the insurance wrong that it will be taken care off. Months later still recieving a bill for the same amount, I called and the secretary said they took care of it and that I will be recieving checks from the insurance company and to bring them over. I recieved the checks fro a total of $80, the one lady said they dont take that kind of checks but the manager said she was going to take care of it. One year later I have $100 on collection and dropped my credit score. Ive called many time and they say the manager will call you back. Keep in mind my wife had the same cleaning done and she never paid anything with same insurance as me. Sacmmers

I had been a long time patient and had never canceled previously. When speaking with the receptionist, she advised me to still come to the appointment. I could not rightfully expose the dental hygienist to my illness. I now have a $40 cancellation fee! Seems like WM dental cares more about the money than their staff!

My team was Dr.Barsoum, Thuy, and Sarah. The entire office from recptionist to billing department is warm, friendly and so professional and helpful. Sarah was the most amazing, she booked me in 4 early days in a row and was so kind and caring and thorough with what needed to be done. Multiple location changes, a crown that had…read moreto be replaced due to not fitting correctly the first time, multiple appointments not taken on time, and today's was the final one. I schedule appointments at the earliest possible available time so that I can get to work. I had an 8am appt today, and was in the waiting room at 7:55. I walked out of the waiting room at 8:20. There were no other patients, and staff was present. If you cannot respect my time, you will not continue to get my business. I know that this is not an unfortunate series of events for just me, as my wife has had similar experiences with multiple appointments in a row being cancelled or rescheduled due to poor staffing levels/scheduling on their behalf. While we have had zero issue with Dr Blakely, the operational management of this practice is severely lacking.
