Recently, I felt the need to change back to this particular, dental location, which I have not visited in about 14 years. First of all, let me say all of the staff at Thomas and Dragonette were very relaxed, patient, and professional. I never felt rushed or that they were too busy to manage my care in the way that it should be. What a pleasant surprise to be able to book an appointment within a reasonable amount of time with a wonderful, caring, professional, dental hygienist. Unlike my previous dental car provider, my dental hygienist, at Thomas and Dragonette cleaned my teeth and I felt absolutely no pain or tinges the entire time. It's also very nice at the end of your appointment when your dentist walks in to the room, addresses you by name, shakes your hand, checks over your dental work, and you feel you're not just another number out the door. I'm completely glad that I have returned as a patient to Thomas and Dragonette. read more

The staff here are fantastic and caring. They took the time to do a thorough exam and talked to me in length about all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer some complicated questions I had about my dental health, taking the time to make sure I understood their answers. They were also very gentle when poking around in my mouth which I appreciated. In terms of Covid precautions they were excellent, I felt very safe going to this dentist. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend going here for dental work. My doctor today was Dr.Dragonette but I've heard good things about the other doctors in this office as well! read more

First time ever in all the years I had been a patient. But instead of contacting me about it this POS had me arrested. Over 274.00. He then proceeded to harass me, my lawyer, and the Hamburg district attorney. This guy's a menace don't go to him.

Talked me in to unnecessary procedures..Which needed to be redone two years…read moredown the road because he didn't do them correctly the first time, which cost me a thousand dollars because my insurance wouldn't cover a retouch on teeth .I'm not sure where his new office is or if he is now retired but I recommend you find another dentist.
