He even let me climb ladders with him to see attic space and wiring. Mark was thorough, his report was clear, and he verbally outlined what needed to be handled immediately, what could wait, and in what order things should be done to prevent contractors from having to backtrack over previously completely work. She openly admitted to my realtor she did not actually check the status and just assumed. This left me the buyer stuck with a 401k loan that I had dispositioned for the purpose of buying this condos. I am currently begging fidelty to assist me in some sort of way so this does not become an unqualified withdraw. I have no where to live if this falls through and I do not find an alternative in a few weeks. Her negligence, or inaction to express due care by checking the FHA status of the property almost cost me my dream condo.
