David is a thief. David lied to Sunbelt Rentals in order to rent equipment to work on our home and…read moreothers. He rented this equipment under false pretenses for a period of time for which he was not even working on our house. He did not pay his bill to Sunbelt Rentals. Sunbelt Rentals then placed a lien on our home based on David's lies to them. Our contractor tried numerous times to get David to pay the bill at Sunbelt Rentals which he never did. I ended up having to pay David's bill to Sunbelt Rentals to cancel their lien on our house. David did shotty work which the mason that we hired to complete his work insisted upon tearing down because it was not stable. Then he stuck us with a bill for his rental equipment that we never authorized.

I will have to say that weather did play a roll in some of the delays, but we have a home business and set four different times aside where we shut down in order to allow for the job to be done and allow for drying. None of those times were met, and I don't feel that in all cases weather was a factor, and revenue was lost. I feel that communication played a big factor. Calls and e-mails were not returned, and when they were, excuses were given to the effect that larger jobs were taking precedence. The folks were nice and indeed personable, but smaller jobs don't seem to be their forte. Again I will say that they did finally finish the job adequately, eventually, which is more than I can say about other companies in the area which never even bothered to return even the initial phone call. I would use them again, but would not hold my breath waiting for the job to get done. By the way, I'm still waiting for a receipt for part of the work that was done and that has been almost a month. I have tried to honest and fair with my review and in no way saying that their work was not good. Just slow and unaccommodating to the customer.
