It states on its website it has TV. When you call to reserve, they don't tell you they have disconnected it. Their WiFi is terrible, drops often, and not fast enough to stream to substitute for no TV. At $72 per night, it isn't worth it. I will note, we've been coming there since 2014. Very nice campground with the added bonus of a lake across the street! I threw a lure for a little while, nothing, but it was fun. Campsites are large in size, and have bushes on both side for privacy! Very cool people there. Was a Bronco festival happening, that was cool. Has direct access to the dunes, bring your ATV's! This is one of those family run places we love to find. Very well maintained. Clean baths and everything well cared for. Decent WiFi and nice private gravel sites with paved roads. Both sand and lake access so there's something for everyone. If you bring sand toys plan to behave, this is a family place and they expect your support. We always feel welcome and it feels like home away from home. A few long term guests but not many and very well kept. Extra bonus- they have 2 cabins for the family members without rv's. They were so diligent in trying to fit us in a pull thru , but staying two weeks was very hard for them during this busy time ! So back in time ! It was just fine ! They r such wonderful people ! This is a beautiful, quiet RV resort. Super clean everywhere! Pride of ownership shows at every turn in this park. Direct access to the Dunes and the Woahink Lake. Nice area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Each space has tall bushes that give you quite a bIt of privacy. We stayed in #25 which is right next to the restrooms/showers, office & laundry room. We came across Woahink Lake RV right at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic. We have been vacationing in Florence for years and always loved our time at Honeyman state park but with limited full hookup sites we could only stay for about 1 week in the area without moving the trailer. Enter Woahink Lake RV. Family run, dunes access (which is major draw for most in the park) and the hidden gem the private dock and lake access across the hwy. we have loved every stay here and each time we come we stay longer and longer. read more

We have come to really like Woahink Lake RV Park. First of all, the staff is extremely friendly and personable while professional. The park itself is well-kept, with great amenities, like the dunes are right behind the park with easy access. There is also a little dock and grassy area, perfect for launching a sup board or kyack (there's a boat ramp up the road). They have laundry, a good sized pet relief area, and it's all very close to downtown Florence for some great restaurants. The spaces are easy to get into even with big rigs. We will continue to visit Woahink Lake RV Resort for many years to come, Lord willing. read more

DONT STAY HERE So we stayed here 4th of July weekend. The people when we checked in were pretty nice and friendly. Then we get to the site. first off every site I saw that wasn't a pull through is set up to blind side back (not a good idea).our site was very narrow and pretty darn short. I had to park across the front not that big of a deal but was sticking into the road about 2 foot. Now lets address the sewer hook up there is no screw down fitting so you cant get a tight fitting allowing the stink to escape (YUK). We were put between 2 long time stay campers 1 we never even saw. The guy in the site I think # 72 felt the need to come out and monkey around with his sewer connection causing the whole site to stink like sewer worse than it already did we went inside. That was not the end of the neighbor being a dickhead we waited a while and went back outside to sit and enjoy our time off. Here comes dickhead he now felt the need to wash the side of his trailer and his long term propane tank I asked if he thought that needed to be done right then he just looked at me. My wife wouldn't let me make him stop encroaching on our vacation. SO in short we pretty much stayed inside the whole time we were there not much of a vacation. Could have stayed home inside watching TV. I sure would not recommend staying here to anyone. Not if you are wanting to go enjoy the coast and relax. This was a great RV experience for us. Although the resort caters to off-roaders (which we are not), we never heard any noise from those who were gearing up for their dune experiences. The park is extremely clean, the owners and hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful. The park is located right next to the dunes (and access for those off-roaders), but the dunes were never crowded or noisy. We walked our dog and tried out our sandboards in peace and comfort. Across the highway is the resort's private lake access with a dock. It's cute, relaxing and peaceful in the little private yard. Tip: It turns out a better area to sandboard is at the Jesse Honeyman State Park nearby--there is a small lake, a river and some lovely dunes to careen down. read more

Incredibly mean crotchety owners. Terrible/dangerous sand dune access for atvs. Overgrown bushes that boarder each site. Two pages of rules upon check in. Its so sad that a potentially nice place can be soured so bad by rude, disrespectful, non customer service owners. The owners have no sense of customer service at all. They dont even have a computer in the office! They write reservations down on a white board, thats comforting. So outdated. We stayed there and had a small miscommunication upon check in. The crotchety old man owner came marching over to our site and proceeded to read me the riot act in front of my 2 and 4 year old! Completely unacceptable and could have been handled WAY differently. His wife is no better. She came over to our site, while Im sitting right there and scolded my poor kids for SITTING on their bikes at the sites edge. Proceeded to tell them to get back in the site and they cant ride their bikes in the park! BUT according to the fun police two page rules, you can ride scooters, rollerskates and skateboards! Whats the difference?! They clearly want this to be a 65+ park and they should just change it as so. Dont make small families like us have a miserable trip because you want only snowbirds in your park. Now I know why after 5 days my kids were the only ones in the entire park staying. We will never ever stay there again and will be telling every single person we know how mean these people are and what a crappy place they run. Incredibly disappointed and waste of money. read more

This was a clean RV park. They have tree hedges in parking spots for privacy. Shopping is not far away. It is at the dunes, so many people bring there ATV's. We went in October, stayed 3 days. The guy mention we picked a good time to come. I suppose in the summer it gets busy. The people were nice that ran the park. read more

Very nice RV park. Very friendly staff, very clean and maintained. If you have sand dune rigs, this is definitely the place to stay as they have their own access. The spaces are kinda roomy, well kept, great hedge around each one that gives privacy and a good sound barrier. It's close to a private lake where you can fish and swim. The cable tv is horrible as is the wifi. the tv is also disappointing...very poor quality service. I would stay here again if honeymans isn't available... Without driving, there's not a lot for a young family to do if you don't do the sand dune stuff...this isn't Honeyman State Park. read more

Woahink Lake is beautiful but windy most of the time the RV Resort is really well maintained and is fun for kids, however the photo of the entrance to the sand dunes is the only true thing about it being 300 feet away, if you come to ride your sand toys this is NOT the place to stage at , after the 300 feet of a nice sandy entrance you come to this picture which is like your in the Mojave desert. Let me start by saying were a family of 3 with a extra kid friend along on a 13 day road trip up, over and back down to California in a 37 foot 5th wheel. First of all this is Not a Campground!! It is A nice and clean little rv park sites are big enough, long pull through but not campground size. Just a sharp gravel ( must wear shoes) driveway and a picnic table that looks pretty new. Everything here looks new and very clean. Has cute little lakefront across the highway it was windy and cold so we just walked through. If it was warm out this would be a great picnic spot, but I think todays weather is more common here. Con. Not great for kids unless you have sand machines. Path from park goes directly to sand but 2 mile sand hike to ocean. Lots of snow birds or full timers here but nothing even slightly shabby. They have a sign when you come in "no bike riding in the park" unless your wanting to ride a ways on 101 don't even bother unloading the bikes. Because of that sign we also did out break out the games or RC toys. We were gonna stay 2 night but were calling our costal visit good and go hit the inland and some warmer weather. Cell service is patchy at best Verizon 1/2 bar, park has wifi that worked in our spot were right across from the office. This is a nice park with nice owners in a beautiful scenery. I would consider coming back with just the wife. read more

Nice RV park with gravel spaces. We had a pull thru space with 50 amp. The spaces are divided with tall hedges which is always a nice way of providing a bit of privacy. The resort has access to the sand dunes and across the road is their own private lake dock-very nice. The resort was reasonably well maintained. There is a fenced area for dogs - however small dogs could get through the gaps so we weren't able to let our dogs off leash in the fenced area - bummer. My only negative comment is that there was other dog owners who didn't pick up after their pets, WHY DO PEOPLE DO THAT?????? It would help perhaps if the resort provide poop bags and a garbage container to put it in inside of the pet area. Florence is a cute little town and we enjoyed walking in the historic old town area. No AT&T cell service inside of the park. The WiFi is slow - best time to use is early morning when every one is asleep. read more

Really nice RV spot! 3 rows of pull throughout, very very wide spaces, gravel, tall thick privacy bushes, nice staff, clean bathrooms. Full time residents are in clean, new mobiles. It definitely caters to the dune buggy and quad crowd; there's access right behind the park! Common fire pit, so no ashes or loud people next to us. Across the highway just a minute walk, super cute, well maintained little park like place with a small dock and gazebo on the lake. Should've brought our poles and tackle. Brand new pavement; they are definitely doing upgrades and working on this property. Rates are pretty standard, $36/night. Wifi was the best we've had at a campground, no problem getting satellite signal. Looking forward to staying again! read more

This is a clean and well run park. Great access to dunes for your atv/utv. Only stock pipes are allowed and this is explained on web site and to everyone that calls in. If you see any negative reviews, my bet would be these people can't read. If you are courteous to your neighbors you will have a great time here.
