Place is pretty consistent with taste and pricing. Overall we are please with all menu items. We switched from another local restaurant we use to order take out from for about 10 + years and have have been please wig Wok and Roll. Service has been pretty consistent too! Never really had a problem with orders. Delivery has been pretty accurate with time and delivery person has always been pleasant. The orange shrimp is really good and our new favorite! It is close to our home and I found it for take out online and I was surprised by some of the negative reviews and almost didn't order but my husband had been here before and said it was good and that is where he always has brought us take out from (3-4 times before last night). I must agree, 100% each time he has brought us food home from here. Sticky rice just as we love it and very tasty, big portions and an extra fortune cookie! With such arrogance the little blonde girl at the counter laughs and says "yeah we have it". Ordered General Tso's chicken last night, not the first time, usually it's knock out, last night pieces of chicken were very small, all breading, hardly any sauce in container. Went to the restaurant today receipt in hand to complain, owner, gentleman I assume, argued with me how they are not all that size blah blah blah instead of taking care of it with a refund for that menu item only. Broccoli was aldente. Steamed Dumplings: (Qty: 8, not 6!) Not overly doughy. Good. Sauce it comes with was good also. Kitchen appearance: Was good. More open than most. Felt clean and organized. Pleasant service. Ordered on a Wednesday evening. Ready and hot in 15min as promised. I will try this place again. Unfortunately I'm comparing it to my last place before I moved here. Won tons at always too fried, too done for my liking. Establishment owners not very friendly, always working the register. They don't take Amex card here, so just beware and bring cash or visa. Ordered wok n roll and had the worst customer service experience of my life. It all started when I placed a simple take out order with several items. First they called back to say they ran out of string beans even though they didn't mention it when I initially called. So, I asked for them to substitute the items. One of the items I asked for was plain white rice with chicken only. I made this very clear when ordering it ( the person who was going to eat this has allergies and can't have anything on it). So when I got home and opened up all the items, I found chicken fried rice instead of white rice with chicken. I called back wok n roll and they said that they would send out the correct item for delivery. This seemed like a great solution that I would have appreciated and been very happy with. After an hour and still no replacement item, I called back and the man (the owner) who answered the phone was very rude and said they had called several times to try to reach me. I asked him what number they had been calling and he would not answer me. I said I found it difficult to believe that they had been calling me when he couldn't even tell me the number. At this point, the owner began yelling on the phone saying I made him angry by calling him a liar. Although I never directly said he was a liar, he most certainly is. I ordered wok n roll the night I moved in here 16 years ago and will never eat here again. In 1 order, their horrible service turned a huge fan into someone who wouldn't recommend their restaraunt to my worst enemy. When it arrived our order was incorrect, after calling back I spoke to a young girl who obviously had no idea what to do.
