When you order from the menu, you write down the number of the item you want, and then if you want multiples of that item, indicate how many you want. I made an assumption that not writing x2 or x4 next to my order meant that I only wanted one of that thing. For example, the spring rolls. They are listed on the menu as $1. I assumed it was $1 per spring roll, and I only wrote ONE down on our order pad. But we got 5. So I thought maybe one order comes with 5 for $1, and since they are quite small, didn't seem unreasonable. But when we got the check, I think we were charged $5. Not a huge issue, but something to clarify if needed before you place an order. Additionally, our spring rolls were cold on the inside, which probably meant they were frozen.
