That said, we had a very good experience with Bill and the team. Both we and my elderly in-laws came in for estate plans. A personalized welcome sign greeted us in the lobby. The entire staff took covid precautions very seriously. It's clear that Bill and crew have done this many, many times, as Bill's spiels are clearly practiced and answer so many first-timer questions up front. Bill and his team members are all very patient and responsive to questions. Bill offered good alternatives for our particular situations. I appreciate that the firm is tied into a network of estate planners to help them stay abreast of changes to law. I also appreciated the choice between three levels of estate planning, and Bill's honesty in recommending a lower (and less expensive) level that would meet our needs.
