My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Before going into this, keep in mind that Grindstone had never worked for a business quite like ours. I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact, just the opposite. I didn't even get a courtesy call from the Marketing and Sales manager until I refused to pay the release fee for our design files (that were originally created by our designers, keep in mind).
