They let us borrow an extra car to go get oil. Eric even gave my kiddos a tour of the autobody shop. Which for the record is very well kept! We wouldn't have been able to continue on our journey without them, and they even tried to refuse money when we paid them at the end. I would say go to this place if you need someone reliable. It's the most good-humaneness I've seen in a long time!

We test drove it and were not going to buy that day. Fully expecting to be talked into buying it and getting the whole sales pitch, we were pleasantly surprised that was not the case at all. We had such a positive experience that after we drove away we decided to come back and buy the car. Then, we had some problems come up. We were having a really difficult time with getting a bank loan and these guys were so patient and extremely helpful through this process and telling us our options (but never pressuring us to do anything). We ended up getting it all sorted out and left happy with our car. Fast forward about three weeks later, the car starts acting up. It wasn't running well and left us wondering if we were sold a lemon. We decided to call these guys and tell them about the car troubles. They told us to bring the car back to them to have it worked on so we (hesitantly) did that since they initially seemed like such honest guys that it didn't make sense that they would have purposefully sold us this dud. They made it SO right. They put 110% into determining the problem and fixing everything for us. It ended up being something very complex that took a LOT of extra work..not just lifting the hood and replacing one part. This would have cost us a fortune from the dealership and we really lucked out by using their services. These guys are not in the business of screwing people over which is so refreshing in a business with such a bad reputation for doing just that.

We got right up to the point of a test drive and Kyle fell off the face of the earth. I am really disappointed in how the customer service has plummeted. He got a bit too personal during our conversations in discussing his life for my taste though. Maybe this was a sales tactic but definitely made me a bit uncomfortable. They handled getting me a loan which was great but did end up waiting for a few hours, but I'm guessing that's expected as we stopped in on a Saturday. Car service (oil changes) for the first 60,000 miles is offered along with windshield protection. All in all great to know where and who will be caring for my vehicle to keep it maintained. They also check other parts of car to make sure they're doing good as well. Fancy dealership with great people and environment. Highly recommended.

The service department has continually gone down hill. I have left messages regarding a…read morenotification regarding a recall on the Ford app. No one returned my call. Today I dropped off my car before business hours because they said no one would be able to take me to work. At 12:45 PM they still had not called me. When I called I was in hold for someone and finally had to hang up and call back. No one could tell me about my car, one person said they had called and left a message another said it was finished and when in finally talked with the manager he could not find any information regarding the recall. My car was not finished. The organization is bad there. They advertise transportation to and from your appointment but that rarely happens. They always seem to have one excuse or another. Other businesses here in our community advertise concierge service for their service. I'm frustrated because I want my Ford to be serviced at the dealership where they have the parts and are supposed to be knowledgeable. Not the case.

Saturday 7/22/23 at 11:20 am I called Bob Ruwart looking to have an ignition key made due to my daughter being stranded in Colorado after losing her key to our Yukon. I had called two dealerships in Casper and 4 in Colorado and all were wanting to help but couldn't due to either no key in stock or no access to pull codes. Preston from Bob Ruwart's called me back at 11:30, 30 minutes before they closed and was willing to cut keys for me.
