I ended up waiting for over one hour because the doctor was behind schedule. Not good. The receptionist also asked me to write down my social security number on a note pad so she could look up my insurance. Hard pass as that's not secure at all. Dr. Wolf is thorough, knowledgeable, and provided a lot of information. He said he needs some time to put together a plan and cost breakdown for me. I'll update my review when I see this plan.

He's professional to the point that almost made me uncomfortable but I understood where he was coming from. He told me to stop talking so he can get to work. I had to chuckle when he told me that but I did stop talking. I don't have any real dental insurance, so it was pretty costly for me but I that's what charge cards are for. When I called to confirm my insurance was on file, I was told they don't take my insurance and had been sending the bill to the wrong address when I had given my new address and asked them to update when I was in. What is going on with this practice?
