This review is a shout out to their admin Shawna who was gracious enough to help me sort out some issues with my son's care at a dental office across the state, where he lives part time. I had called to get a couple questions answered about an issue I was running into at the other office. Shawna took it upon herself to call the other office in order to get me some better information so I could move forward with my son's care. She didn't need to help me out; she didn't need to do ANYTHING since my son is not a patient at GFD, but she took time out of her day to help me get my son's appointment across the state more squared away. I'm very thankful for her kindness and GFD's attention to patient/customer service. I ended up waiting for over one hour because the doctor was behind schedule. Not good. The receptionist also asked me to write down my social security number on a note pad so she could look up my insurance. Hard pass as that's not secure at all. Dr. Wolf is thorough, knowledgeable, and provided a lot of information. He said he needs some time to put together a plan and cost breakdown for me. I'll update my review when I see this plan.
